Our newly renovated one bedroom ocean front Villa in the K Building is ideal for those looking for a quiet relaxing beach getaway. Our villa is situated between two pools and across the street from the Beach and Racquet club which offers another pool, fitness center, tennis, and basketball courts. Bed and bath linens are including with our unit. Open the front door and be captivated with a breathtaking ocean view. The kitchen, dining, and living room all offer views of the beach and ocean on Harbor Island. Our newly renovated back deck has seating to enjoy coffee and refreshments while enjoying the ocean breeze all hours of the day. Enjoy the quiet island with varied wildlife including egrets, pelicans, and the occasional deer. Harbor Island is a bird sanctuary and our Villa is great to watch the various birds migrate along the coastline. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas ** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
