Centrally located in the heart of Monticello, you are walking distance to everything! Convenience and comfort is what comes to mind while you are staying at the Townhouse. The grocery store is across the street along with a 7-11 and gas station for filling up in the morning on the way to your adventures. Need to fill up your gas cans for your toys before heading out for the days adventure but don't want to haul the trailers with you? Just pick up the gas cans and walk across the street, it doesn't get much more convenient! A credit union is behind the house for any banking needs you might have and there are several restaurants, the post office, drug store, antique stores as well as an incredibly beautiful park all just a block or two away, wow! With tons of parking with plenty of room and easy access for trailers you won't have any problems finding it day or night and no problems for parking either, just turn at the only street light in Monticello and you are there! The Muddy Paws Townhouse can sleep up to twelve guests in three bedrooms and the garage. The main bedroom has a queen bed along with a private sink, the "office" bedroom has a queen bed and a futon plus a workstation with a monitor if you have work to do during your travels which can be done at blazingly fast speeds, thanks to fiberoptic broadband internet access, wow!! The kids room has three twin beds, one of which is in a bunkbed. There is also an incredibly comfortable futon in the heated garage that doubles as a family room with a large table and stools for games and is where the laundry room is. Sorry you will have to provide your own laundry soap. The garage doors are locked and are NOT available for use without express permission of the hosts and a deposit so don't plan on pulling any vehicles into the garage unless we approve it, thanks! The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you are likely to need along with plates, silverware, pots and pan, the only think you should need to bring is food. There is even filtered water in both the bathroom and kitchen sink and a air purifier in the living room! And with a name like Muddy Paws Townhouse, how could it not be pet friendly? The huge backyard is fully enclosed where you can play with your dogs and they can run to their heart's content off-leash. There's a doggy door in the garage so they can go in and out at will, and after being stuck in the car for hours on end, they are going to really appreciate the freedom to run and play! Three crates\kennels are provided at no additional charge for them to stay in while you are away. While there is no charge for the crates, there is a $30 pet fee for each pet up to the maximum of four pets without prior approval. Want to avoid the pet fee entirely?? Book four or more nights and there is no pet fee, wow!! Just let us know when you book for 4 or more days that you are bringing pets with you and when we process your reservation we won't charge you for them. VERY IMPORTANT!! Please note that biodegradable pick-up bags are provided so please make sure that you pick up after your pets during your stay with us. If our cleaners have to pick up landmines after your stay you will be accessed a $50 charge so please pick up after them, thanks! The backyard has a charcoal grill available for your use, so be sure to bring a football or soccer ball to kick around during your stay while relaxing after getting back from your travels while the burgers are sizzling on the grill. Please note that our pricing is based on a four-person occupancy. For each guest over the 4 person base rate (including kids!) there is an additional charge of $10 per person.
