Once in Gatlinburg turn left onto Dudley Creed Rd (By Ripley’s Davy Crocket Mini Golf) It is the first traffic light you come to when you enter Gatlinburg Go 1.0 mile then turn right at the stop sign to stay on Dudley Creek Rd In 0.5 miles turn left at the traffic light to get onto East Parkway Go 1.3 miles then turn left at the traffic light to get onto Glades Rd In 0.8 miles turn right onto Laurel Ln. (look for a red sign that says Apple Annies on the left side of the road. Laurel Ln is right after that sign. Drive slow because the road creeps up fast) Follow the one way road for about 10 seconds. Turn left onto the Reba Lane. Road curves to the right. Left on Whittlers Way. Your cabin is the cabin on the right. Note: GPS will not work with the cabin address

Newly constructed with superior amenities that include an indoor heated saltwater pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, theater with a 70” flat screen TV, dual see-through fireplace in the master, spacious baths, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops all within convenient access to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. This spacious home sleeps up to 10 guests. With three levels to spread out, you will enjoy the beautiful décor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The master suite is on the main level and awaits you with a full bath, a private potty, a bedside jacuzzi with a see-through fireplace, and a flat-screen TV/DVD. The upper level has two king-size bedrooms with a flat-screen TV/DVD and en-suite bathrooms. The loft overlooking the great room has a pool table and games to keep you entertained for hours. There is a pool table, and multi-cade. The lower level has a bedroom with a king bed, a flat-screen TV/DVD, and a full en-suite bathroom. The theater is also on the lower level and sports a 70” flat-screen TV and DVD player. Don’t forget about the indoor heated saltwater pool (Temperature set at 82 Degrees). There are spacious decks to enjoy grilling out, a soak in the hot tub, and some quiet time in the sauna. You will not be disappointed with this four-bedroom, 4 ½ bath luxury home.

Remarks

Rules for this unit are as follows: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Children are allowed. The minimum age limit for this unit is 25.

CANCELLATIONS: We cannot offer refunds under any circumstances. It is highly recommended but not required for guest to purchase travel insurance. All reservations, service package payments/deposits (i.e. wedding package, group package, romance package) are subject to a no refund policy. If notified 90 days prior to the event, ECVR may reschedule your event for anytime within the next year. We cannot offer refunds under any circumstances for any payments/deposits made toward a service package or reservation. Guest agrees to release any and all claims against Manager and its agents or affiliates. Cancellations, abandonment or early departure by the guest at the rental property for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent to Guest.
