Once in Gatlinburg turn left onto Dudley Creed Rd (By Ripley’s Davy Crocket Mini Golf) It is the first traffic light you come to when you enter Gatlinburg. Turn left at red light #1
Go 1.0 mile then turn right at the stop sign to stay on Dudley Creek Rd
In 0.5 miles turn left at the traffic light to get onto East Parkway
Go 1.3 miles then turn left at the traffic light to get onto Glades Rd
In 0.8 miles turn right onto Laurel Ln. (look for a red sign that says Apple Annies on the left side of the road. Laurel Ln is right after that sign. Drive slow because the road creeps up fast). Follow the one-way road for about .5 miles. At the end of the road turn right at the stop sign. Continue on Whittlers way for about .4 mile. Then turn left onto Potters Way. Your cabin is the 3rd cabin on the left hand side. It is beside the one that states private residence.
To maintain the beauty of this lovely resort we respectively request that you only park in the designated areas clearly marked for your home. If you insist on parking in the grass or in such a way that you cause damage to the surrounding landscaping, we will be forced to have your vehicle towed and an assessment made to your credit card on file for the damages caused. Please also be aware that the City of Gatlinburg is very strict about enforcing parking and will issue citations for vehicles parked in unmarked areas. Open the front door to Mountain High and you’re in the spacious and beautifully designed great room. With a touch of rustic elegance and a dash of laid-back luxury, there’s room for everyone to gather here. The living space includes a comfy leather sofa, love seat, and two armchairs— all facing the crackling stone fireplace and large HDTV. It’s the perfect spot to curl up for a family movie night with some yummy snacks or a game night at the wood plank coffee table. The eat-in kitchen is wide open to the living area and features a granite-topped peninsula bar with casual stool seating and a farmhouse-style dining table. Moss green cabinets surround the full suite of premier stainless steel appliances— including an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully-equipped to handle everything— from preparing some cinnamon french toast for everyone before you hit the hiking trails to whipping up your signature dish for a Sunday family dinner. On the main level, the primary suite is a private oasis for two. Boasting a double-sided stone fireplace, a jetted soaking tub, and a sumptuous king-size bed, this space is a relaxing retreat. The ensuite bathroom includes a double marble vanity and a huge step-in shower with a glass door. Upstairs, two more bedrooms also have king-size beds and their own attached bathrooms as well. Each of the three bedrooms has an HDTV with a satellite TV and a DVD player. Mountain High also includes some entertaining extras, like a lofted game room with a pool table and an arcade game that the kids will love. Outside, a covered porch has an alfresco dining area with a high-end gas grill— perfect for grilling burgers for dinner or making s’ mores for dessert. There’s even a luxurious outdoor hot tub for relaxing after an exciting day of sightseeing or hiking. Located just a quick drive from downtown Gatlinburg and a few minutes from Dollywood and the excitement of Pigeon Forge, Mountain High certainly lives up to its name. You’ll have plenty to do when you’re hanging out at home, even if you choose to simply kick back with a cocktail on the porch.
