Please contact our office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel your reservation, change your dates, or change properties. If the reservation is canceled 29-0 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits any refund. If the reservation is canceled 59-30 days before the arrival date, the guest will receive a 50% refund. Only IF the reservation is canceled 60 or more days before the arrival date, will the guest receive a full refund minus taxes and fees. All cancellations regardless of the cancellation date will be charged a service fee, credit card fees, and applicable taxes. Once your reservation has been confirmed, any cancellations, date or property changes will be subject to this cancellation policy. To prevent loss of rental payments, we strongly recommend purchasing CSA travel protection.
