This studio is fully furnished with 2 full-size beds and comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The unique layout offers oversized living space compared to many other rentals at the resort, which are much smaller. With its open floor plan, this unit never feels cramped. While it does not offer an ocean view, the spacious layout makes up for it. Guests will also enjoy a private balcony with views of the resort and terrace. ​​​​​​​ In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a small sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, a coffee maker, a toaster, and more. A drink chiller (mini fridge) is provided to keep food and beverages cold. The studio features 2 full-size beds, a closet and dresser for storage, a TV with digital cable, and an AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table with chairs, and a full bathroom. Just behind the kitchen, the bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and oversized counter space, a hair dryer, and a toilet. The Landmark Resort offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after destination for visitors. Guests will have access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, an arcade, and more. Basic resort cable and Wi-Fi are also included. Pack light! We provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Guests will also receive basic "starter toiletries," including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. This condo is located at the Landmark Resort, close to many of Myrtle Beach's most popular attractions, including Family Kingdom (0.8 mi), the Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi), and only 2 miles from the airport. The Landmark is especially known for its wide variety of pool amenities. Please note: Guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, the laundromat, arcade, free parking, and direct beach access. However, they are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, the water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Some guests have mentioned they were able to use these restricted amenities without issue, but we cannot advertise them. Our rates reflect these restrictions, and we apologize for the inconvenience. All payments will be forfeited if canceled.  There will be no refunds due to personal taste or inclement weather.  Hurricanes, including any mandatory evacuations, will not constitute any refund.  We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance at the time of booking.  We make all efforts to ensure the property you have booked is reflected by the pictures shown.  In-resort areas, construction can occur due to new attractions, accommodations, and upgrades to the resort.  We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or provide rebates due to these matters.
