Are you ready for your Altitude Adjustment? Welcome to this custom home located in an upscale family neighborhood on the edge of town, overlooking the Gunnison–Crested Butte Regional Airport runway. Don't worry, its not DIA! You can sit and enjoy watching the few planes that come and go in Gunnison. It's a really cool viewing. Your spectacular views open towards the famous W Mountain, Hartman Rocks, and the unobstructed open space where foxes and deer frequent often and coyotes howl at night. The kitchen and living room share an open space together with vaulted ceilings. There is a cozy sunroom where you can enjoy your morning coffee basking in the morning sun while sitting and relaxing as you take in the scenery outside before you start your grand adventures that all of Gunnison county has to offer. Heated floors throughout the home to help keep your toes warm during your stay. So be prepared to take off your shoes and relax. Concrete flooring downstairs along with beautiful wood floors upstairs to help you enjoy the mountain experience as you retire for the night. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. This helps to create that perfect separation for those who want to sleep after exploring our big country and those who want to be awake to take in all they can. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom with an over-sized glass steam shower. The other two bedrooms located down the hall share a shared bathroom that has a full-sized shower and tub. The laundry room is also conveniently located upstairs for you to use during your stay. Come and enjoy our pristine mountains and return from your adventures to this glorious home awaiting your arrival. You can easily walk to downtown shopping and dining just a few blocks away. You're also close to the park. So if you don't want to travel to hear into the mountains for adventure, you're close enough to all the adventures within walking distance.
