Driving Directions from Denver International Airport to Rental Property in Vail Village Approximately 2 hours drive time Exit Denver International Airport onto Pena Blvd Merge onto Interstate 70 West Travel WEST on Interstate 70 (approx. 100 miles) Follow I-70 to Vail and take exit 176 from I-70. At the traffic circle, take the 4th exit onto Vail Road. At the next traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and Continue onto Vail Rd. Vail Road will quickly intersect with W Meadow Drive Take a right on W Meadow Drive. You will pass the Vail Fire Station on your Left Immediately passed that is the entrance to 44 Meadow Vail.  Driving Directions from Eagle Airport to property in Vail Village From the airport parking lot turn left onto Cooley Mesa Road. Turn right at the stop light and merge onto Highway 6 Continue through the town of Eagle, following the I-70 East signs Travel east on Interstate 70 for about 20 miles Follow I-70 to Vail and take exit 176 from I-70. At the traffic circle your 1st exit and Continue onto Vail Rd. Vail Road will quickly intersect with W Meadow Drive Take a right on W Meadow Drive. You will pass the Vail Fire Station on your Left Immediately passed that is the entrance to 44 Meadow Vail.  Communicating with team making it possible to access the building: In advance of your arrival, someone from the Vail Village Rentals team will meet you at the residence and provide access to the building and provide a quick tour of the amenities and property. This property is one of only eight within the boutique buildling and we want you to settle in with ease. It is securely locked by a code from the exterior to the lobby of the building.  You will take the elevator to the 4th floor. Residence 7 is one of 2 residences on that floor. There is a key to access the residence within the lock box and then a few sets on the kitchen counter.

Please plan to coordintate with your reservations specialist who will arrange with you for someone on the team to meet you at the residence upon arrival.  The building is quite secure with an access code to get into the building. Vail Village Rentals will assist you. You will find an elevator to the left upon entering the building, which you will take to the fourth floor. As you exit the elevator, the residence is on your left. There will be a key in the lockbox and a two keys on the counter for your stay. We ask that you please always leave one key in the lockbox throughout your stay. Please leave the two keys on the countertop upon departure from the residence.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort. All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. Upscale fine dining, bars, nightlife, family-friendly restaurants, and Vail's finest shops and boutiques are all available within walking distance. There is access to one outdoor parking space, sometimes one inside based on availability; but no need for a car when you can take advantage of the free in-town bus to visit either Vail Village, Lionshead, or Golden Peak. As you enter the open layout of this condo, your eyes will be drawn to the beautiful views from the wall of windows in the living area. Walkout onto the balcony off of the living area to hear the calming sounds of the Gore Creek and to take in those stunning views. The living area has a game table for 4, as well as, a large sofa and two swivel chairs. The fully stocked kitchen is just a few steps away and has everything you would need to make a memorable meal during your stay. The dining area seats 8 at the large table and there are 4 stools at the breakfast bar.  This condo sleeps 8 guests in 7 beds comfortably. Cancellation Policy

25% of the total rental is non-refundable upon booking.
-50% of the total will be taken at time of booking.
-Reservations canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged in full of the total and are 100% non-refundable.
-Holiday bookings (which included Christmas, New Years, President’s week and Holy week) are 100% non-refundable in total at time of booking (50% deposit will be taken but total reservation is nonrefundable).
