To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please review the following info- Parking- There is room to park two cars in the driveway in front of the condo, which is on the left side of the driveway. Be sure not to block the right side of the driveway, which is the neighbor’s side. Additional spots for guests are located on the east side of the circle. Please do not leave the garage doors left open for any length of time, the garage is heated. Skis and snowboards- Please store in the garage. Home & Garage Pedestrian Door keys – The key in the lockbox will open the front door. The lockbox code must also be entered to close the lockbox. There are 2 keys on keychains inside the condo on the table, which open both the condo and the side pedestrian door to the garage. Fireplace- Make sure that the flu is open. The handle must be pushed all of the way to the right. Close the screen to help prevent burning embers from popping out of the firebox. Close the glass doors when leaving any smoldering remains in the firebox and to prevent ash from blowing into the room Television- Use the Xfinity remote “Power” button to turn on/off. Select TV input button to select Set-Top Box. Use the Guide button to see channel guide and up and down buttons to select channel. Use the Xfinity button to select common Apps—Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. Trash- Recycling container is located under the kitchen sink. When removing either the trash or recycling, they can be taken to a hut located on the north side of the complex entry drive. Trash and recycling bins are labeled. The code for the door is 33333. Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay. Laundry- Is located in the downstairs hall. Heaters- The baseboard heaters are electric and get very hot. Do not leave any bedding, clothing or other items touching the heaters, as this could cause a fire. Pool & Hot-Tub- The outdoor hot tub, cold plunge pool (please note the pool is only open during the summer) and sauna are located just west of our complex. Please return any pool towels to the hut near the hot tub. Pets- No pets. Smoking – No smoking.
