Vail Village Inn Lock Box & Door Codes Garage Door Code-2-5-3-1 Garage Door Entry by Foot-3-2-5 Front Door of Building Code-2-3-2-3 Lock Box-1-0-2-7 To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please review the following info- Unloading Bags Upon Arrival or Shuttle Drop Off- Exit Vail Main Entrance 176. Go South under the highway into the second roundabout. Head south on Vail Road (towards the mountain). Take a left turn after 50 yards into the Sebastian Hotel valet. Take an immediate right turn to the 15-minute parking/loading behind La Bottega. Unload there. Walk around to the front (heading East on the brick path) of the Vail Village Inn building in between the Sebastian and our complex. Our front door is right between La Bottega and the Deli. It’s a glass door unmarked. On the front door enter the code 2323. Then take the elevator to the 3rd floor to Unit 308/309. The lock box code to get the keys is 1027 After Unloading to Park the Car- Exit the Sebastian going right. Enter the roundabout and take your first right turn onto the South Frontage Road. One block up on your right-hand side is our garage driveway. It’s hidden and a steep downhill drive. If you hit the Solaris (giant brown hotel) you have gone too far. Please see the next section for garage instructions. Please start at “The garage code is 2531 Directions to The Parking Garage Then Walking to the Unit- Exit Vail Main Entrance 176. Go South under the highway into the second circle. Take a right (heading East) on the South Frontage Road. One block up on your right side is the driveway to our underground parking. If you are at the Solaris (giant brown hotel) you have gone too far. The garage code is 2531. Please Park on the lower level and put the parking pass on the dash of your car. (you will find the pass on the kitchen counter) Exit the garage from the 1st floor heading North up the small ramp and out the brown door (to the mountain). Exit going RIGHT. Follow the red brick path West to the Vail Plaza Hotel pool area. Walk down the stairs and head North. Our entrance is right between La Bottega and the deli. It’s across the small path from the Grapa wine store. Facing North. Also next to “La Bottega” restaurant. Enter the door code 2323 Take it up to the 3rd floor and go to Unit 308/309. The lock box code for the keys is 1027. Please put the key back in the door after you leave. Parking- Underground parking is explained above. Code is 2531. Park on the lower level and and make sure you put the parking pass on the dashboard. Internet- Vail Free WiFI Skis and snowboards- Near the elevator is our ski locker. Labeled 309. A key is provided. Please leave your equipment there and not in the room. Keys- Keys are in a lock box on the door to unit 308/309. The code to the lock box is 1027 Please put the keys back when you depart. WE SUGGEST you always leave a key in the lock box to avoid being locked out. Fireplace- The- switch to turn the fireplace on/off is located to the left of the fireplace. It is a gas fireplace. Phone- There is no phone. Television - The unit has basic Comcast cable. Trash- Trash can be placed on the basement level. Exit the elevator and take a left. The trash is in the stairwell. Laundry- A washer/dryer is located in the basement. Exit to elevator to the right. No detergent is provided. Coin operated. Surroundings- You can use the pool and fitness center at the Sebastian Hotel. They also have hot tubs. It is all outside. You can just walk right up there. If somebody asks tell them you are renting at the Vail Village Inn. We have approved usage of their pool/hot tubs. Pets- No pets. Departure- When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to- 1) put the key back into the lock-box, 2) leave all used towels and linens on the bathroom floors Pool/Hot Tubs- Walk next door to the Sebastian Hotel and check in at their spa to use the pool, hot tubs, and fitness area.
