Enjoy all the outdoor activities that Gunnison and Crested Butte have to offer and return to a cozy home with plenty of gear storage in the heated garage and parking in the front and back (Garage is for storage and gear only, no cars please). You’ll be minutes from Blue Mesa Reservoir, and five minutes drive from Hartman Rocks Recreation Area, which is full of opportunities in the summer with climbing, mountain biking, dirt biking, and groomed fat biking trails and skiing trails in the winter. Just blocks from the Crested Butte bus stop and the Gunnison Airport, as well as the Gunnison River and Kayak Park. Forty-five-minute drive from Mt. Crested Butte Resort and Monarch Ski Area and an hour drive to the Black Canyon National Park. Gunnison is also home to Western CU, world-class fly fishing, and world-class hunting, as well as rock climbing at Hartman and Taylor Canyon.

Brand new stylish townhouse in a quiet neighborhood in Gunnison, conveniently located just a few blocks from the airport. Open concept downstairs allows everyone to socialize whether you are relaxing on the couch, cooking food, or working on your bike in the garage. Radiant in-floor heat means you will always be warm and comfortable in the winter and ceiling fans in every room that keep you cool in the summer. The downstairs also has a dedicated desk space to allow you to work remotely and free high-speed wifi throughout the townhouse. Two flat-screen smart TVs have all your favorite streaming apps. Guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the bedrooms upstairs. Keyless front entry. Washer and dryer for guest use. Patio furniture allows space for enjoying conversation or peaceful reading time outside in the breeze or in the garage as you work on your bike. Our heated garage is available only for gear storage, please no cars inside the garage. We have provided a bike repair stand and bike storage stands, as well as ski holders and shelving for boots. Kitchen is fully stocked with a 12 cup drip coffee maker and french press, toaster, slow cooker, small food processor, common spices and condiments (all organic), oils, dishwasher, and microwave. Modern kitchen setup includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and granite top island with bar stools. Other items provided throughout the house include a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, coffee and tea, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and extra towels, pillows, and blankets. Our space is kid-friendly with child-safe outlets standard, baby gates, high chair, and pack&play with bassinet available onsite. The kitchen is stocked with sippy cups, kid's plates, cups, and utensils. Games for all ages available.
