Instructions for 970 Fairway Court - Vail Colorado   NOTE: THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE SENT ONLY TO THE PERSON WHO BOOKED THE VACATION, NO EXCEPTIONS. At this point in time, the easiest method of finding your way to the home is to enter the address into your preferred map software on your phone or tablet. Since the place you start driving from the airport can be different, use these instructions as a general guideline and call for assistance or questions. If you are using a limo or other transportation service, they will, most likely, only need the home address (970 FAIRWAY CT, Vail, CO 81657). Keep in mind that you are possibly entering a residential area for your stay, so drive carefully and slowly until you are comfortable with the area in which you are staying. Driving Directions from Denver International Airport - Rental Car Agencies on E 78th Avenue BASICS: EXIT THE AIRPORT IF RENTING A CAR, ASK THE AGENT TO GIVE YOU INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO GET TO PENA BLVD DRIVE ON PENA BLVD TOWARDS DENVER TO I-70 WEST DRIVE ON I-70 WEST TO EXIT 180 (EAST VAIL) Driving Distance: Approximately 121 Miles Exit the Rental Car Agencies and drive to Vail (PENA BLVD TO I-70 WEST) Ask the Rental Car Agent how to drive to PENA BLVD (different for each agency). Continue on Pena Blvd towards Denver. When you start seeing more buildings and the city areas, you are getting close to I-70. Merge onto I-70 WEST. Keep left at the fork to stay on I-70 WEST. Continue on I-70 WEST for approximately 100 miles.  You will be entering the Vail Valley after driving down Vail Pass (you will see the homes and city areas). EXIT 180 - Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 180 toward Vail East Entrance You are now in East Vail and in the residential area After exiting I-70 on to exit 180, turn RIGHT (Big Horn Road) and then take a LEFT. Big Horn Rd becomes I-70 Frontage Rd W (FRONTAGE ROAD) Continue on FRONTAGE ROAD (you will drive UNDER I-70 - CONTINUE) Continue to follow FRONTAGE ROAD for 1.5 to 2 miles You will see the Vail Golf Course on your LEFT Look for VAIL VALLEY DRIVE on your LEFT Turn LEFT onto VAIL VALLEY DRIVE - NOTE - you must turn RIGHT SOON to stay on Vail Valley Drive (.8 miles) Turn RIGHT to stay on Vail Valley Drive and continue (drive slowly) Look for PTARMIGAN ROAD on your LEFT - Turn left onto PTARMIGAN ROAD Drive a short distance to Fairway Drive (on your RIGHT)  Drive a short distance to Fairway Court (on your LEFT) The home is on the RIGHT You are staying in the WEST side of the DUPLEX (if you are looking at the home from the street - you are staying on the RIGHT side). 970 Fairway Court - Vail Colorado This is a great ski house, very close to skiing.   Home's in Vail that are Ski-in Ski-out are 10 times the price of this great home; but this is the closest home to the slopes that is still reasonably priced.   It works great for groups or two families. Upper level has 3 of 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Separate sitting area with large flat screen TV & couch, attached to private patio with large outside table and sunken hot tub. Main Level has Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and Master Bath. Large Family Room with gas fireplace and 75" 4K flat screen TV, Bluetooth speakers. Kitchen Area that sits 18 people - 10 person round table with 8 additional counter seating overlooking kitchen. Entry Level, large foyer and 1 bedroom (twin bunks and Full Size Bed) and full bath with shower/tub. The garage is not accessable but the driveway has room for 2 cars.   Bedroom 1:  Main floor master has a king size bed with attached master bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - non-attached bathroom with shower/tub Bedroom 3: One full/double bed w/attached bathroom with shower/tub Bedroom 4:  This room has 2 full/double beds with bathroom & shower  Bedroom 5: 1 set of bunk beds and one full/double bed with attached bathroom with shower/tub .   The free Town of Vail bus system is only one stop; but you can walk in 10 minutes.  See the image below for an approximate location of the bus stop. For the really adventurous, you can ski down hole 5 on the golf course, then walk 100 yards and you are at the lift.   Much harder to ski home.

Great hot tub in the back yard. For people with service dogs What Is a Service Animal Under Colorado Law? The ADA and Colorado law define a service animal as a dog that is individually trained to perform tasks or do work for the benefit of a person with a physical or mental disability. (In some circumstances, a miniature horse who is individually trained also qualifies as a service animal.) The tasks or work the animal does must be directly related to the person’s disability. Vail Village Rentals requires proof or validation from the tenant's medical care provider of the need for such dogs. (service, companion, therapy). For example, Vail Village Rentals requires that: all dogs must be in the company and control of their owners while in the common area, all dogs are subject to the association's noise and other nuisance requirements, and an owner is responsible for all damage his/her dog causes to the common area. Asking for "Dogumentation" As noted above, Vail Village Rentals can require the tenants to provide proof that he/she requires a service, companion, or therapy dog. Expectable forms of proof consist of a letter from a licensed medical doctor confirming the type of dog, or a specific dog, needed to accommodate a homeowner's disability. If a tenant is unwilling or unable to provide proof of his/her need for a reasonable accommodation, Vail Village Rentals could prohibit the dog unless and until proper evidence of a need for a reasonable accommodation is received.

-Reservations canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged in full of the total and are 100% non-refundable.
-Holiday bookings (which included Christmas, New Years, President’s week and Holy week) are 100% non-refundable in total at time of booking (50% deposit will be taken but total reservation is nonrefundable).
