A family-friendly home with modern architecture and elegant decor, Hillside Haus sits above Main Street with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, live entertainment, and the PCMR ski runs. Multiple private decks allow for indoor/outdoor living across all three levels, affording views of Old Town and the surrounding mountains. Completed in March of 2019, this home is up to date with all the modern amenities including radiant heat throughout.
From the ground level, which features a rare two-car garage, guests take a private elevator to the front door of the main house. Once in the main house, guests are greeted by an open-concept living area. An elegant sectional sofa faces a wall of picture windows and a cozy gas fireplace, framed by two additional armchairs.
Just behind the sitting area, a streamlined gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and hardwood cabinetry allows for home-cooked meals. A butler's pantry includes a sink, second dishwasher, and a coffee bar set-up. Seat 6-10 guests at the dining table, which offers a front-row seat to the mountain views through sliding glass doors. This floor of the home also includes a powder bath.

Primary Bedroom - Third Floor
The only room on this floor, the private primary suite has its own balcony, a cozy accent chair and a luxurious en-suite bath with dual vanities and a step-in shower.
Guest Primary - First Floor
This stylish room has two accent chairs, large closet, and en-suite bath with combination shower/tub. Light streams through sliding glass doors leading to the yard.
Bedroom 3 - First Floor
Two Extra- Long Twin Beds (can be made into a King-sized bed)
This sunny room has plush bedding, a cozy accent chair, and an en-suite bath with a step-in shower. Guests also have a private entrance to the yard.

Kids will love this bunk room, which features four comfy beds with fur throws.
Each bedrooms have either Tempurpedic or Westin Heavenly mattresses, lots of light, and chic, alpine-inspired decor. Lower level guests have easy access to the media room, where they watch the large-screen TV from a sectional recliner sofa, or sink into the comfy bean bag chairs. This room also has a cozy gas fireplace.
Outside the lower level, the yard offers plenty of space to take in the views and mountain air. A large heated deck features a private hot tub with room for 7, four Adirondack-inspired rocking chairs and cozy sitting areas, ideal for apres-ski at home. A level above, just off the dining area, another deck offers seating and an outdoor grill.
Between the garage and four additional parking places, you’ll have plenty of room for multiple cars, allowing you to easily access the base areas of Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort, both a 5-minute drive.
Park City Mountain Resort ski runs are accessed with a short walk to the end of the street. Trails lead down to Town Lift with access to the full resort.
From your ideal location above Main Street, you’ll be perfectly situated to access the mountain or Main Street- everything that Old Town has to offer along with stunning Deer Valley and Old Town views.
