This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23. Our 10th floor unit is just waiting for you. The condo has a spacious pool and gulf view from the balcony! Come and see the best new resort on PCB. Once you step into the condo, you'll find a very spacious floor plan coupled with a beautiful view of the pool deck followed by the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is equipped with most everything a guest would need. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and is fully stocked with the essentials to prepare a meal in the condo. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with private bath and gulf view. The bunk room in the front of the condo has a closet, a set of twin/twin bunks, a private bath, and washer/dryer. The living area has a large flat screen TV, a queen size sleeper, and gulf view. The condo was has a tile floor throughout, no dirty smelly carpet... The Shores of Panama is unmatched in its amenities. We have included HDTV DirecTV with a great selection of channels including HBO. WiFi in your room. The bunk area has a private bathroom perfect for the kids. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook, if you wish. The Shores of Panama also has children activities during the busy season and the water park is just a mile away. Shores of Panama is in the heart of PCB with a Wal-Mart across the street and shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away. Check in is at 4:00 pm / Check out is at 10:00 am. Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older. Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages. No pets. No smoking. *ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment. Covered parking garage, Vehicles with a height exceeding 6' 11" AND OR length exceeding 19ft are NOT permitted in the parking garage. Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one time fee of $85 for registration packet.
