The newly remodeled Bristlecone Condo provides super convenient access to the ski mountain, Main Street, Carter Park, hiking and biking trails, and more! The shuttle stop is literally right outside the front steps, and a 5-10 minute walk in either direction will lead you to many of the town’s main attractions.

Snuggle up in the living room by the fireplace in the cold months, or open the large sliding glass door in the warm months for sunlight and the crisp mountain air. Grill up your favorite steaks on the outdoor grill and settle in with your favorite beverage on the custom Adirondack chairs on the balcony.

The Bristlecone Condo has three total bedrooms, a bunkbed loft, and three full baths.  Both upstairs and downstairs include a "master" bedroom with private bath.  The 2nd bedroom downstairs is equipped with a queen bed and utilizes the hallway bathroom. 

Televisions are located in the living room, upstairs loft, and each bedroom.  They are equipped with Roku Guest Mode which allows you to access all of your favorite streaming services.  There is also cable TV in the living room and loft.

The entry provides ample storage for all your outdoor gear.  In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, speedy Internet, washer and dryer, and a large island in between the kitchen and living making the perfect space for conversation, social time, and building relationships in the open downstairs area. We provide plenty of blankets, pillows, and linens to ensure you have everything you need to call the Bristlecone your home away from home!
