To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please review the following info: 1464 Greenhill Court Vail, CO 81657 Front Door Code -2121 Garage code –2121 PARKING- You can park 1 car in the garage and 3 additional cars outside. One can be parked in front of the owner (locked) garage and two other cars on either side of the main entrance. Please do not block the driveway for the neighbors. CAR CHARGING- There is a 50 AMP 220V NEMA 1450 outlet (dryer type plug) in the garage for charging electric vehicles. KEYLESS ENTRY- Front Door: Put your hand over or touch the keypad which will light up. Then enter 2121 and the CHECK symbol ✓ Garage: Press 2121 then Enter PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES BEFORE YOU ENTER THE HOME Internet Access name- NAME – carvedium (the lower case SSID uses the google wifi on all three floors the upper case SSID only connects to the comcast box on the lower floor) PW - DealersChoice Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay. ELEVATOR- To use the elevator: · Press the call button and wait until you hear the door unlock before opening the outside doors. · Step into the elevator and press your floor button. Note: Elevator light will go out if the door is left open too long. · Close BOTH doors completely before the elevator will work · When you reach your floor, open both doors. · Close BOTH doors tightly or the elevator will beep after a few minutes · Children love elevators but NO JUMPING as we don’t want any accidents or elevator jamming. Trash- Trash pick up is Tuesday, Please separate trash from recycle and put in the appropriate cans in the garage. The trash company will pick up the trash from the garage so no need to set it out. LAUNDRY- There is two sets of washer/dryers located in the home. There is one set in the lower level by the tv room and the 2nd set is located at the top of the stairs on the top level. Detergent is provided. LOCKED OWNERS CABINETS- There are several locked doors and cabinets that are electronically locked, and monitored and marked please don’t pull on them or try to open. Thanks. LIGHT SWITCHES AND DIMMERS- Many of the switches have a small bar on the side to adjust the light level and it will return to that setting. KITCHEN- Filtered water dispenser is inside the refrigerator. DISHWASHER- Self explanatory, use the pods provided SMOKING- Our home is a NON SMOKING home. Please refrain from smoking anywhere inside the home. If you smoke out on the decks, please be very careful where you dispose of cigarette butts, as the risk of fire is very high in the mountains.. PETS- Sorry, but pets are NOT welcome. SKI AND SNOWBOARDS- There are no skis or other equipment allowed inside the home. Please leave all such items in the garage. Ski boots are welcome in the boot room. There is also a boot dryer in the garage. Also please REMOVE ALL shoes at the front door. DRIVEWAY SNOW REMOVAL- A service will plow the driveway if there is any accumulation of snow. FIREPLACE- In the living room. There is a remote mounted on the wall to the left of the fireplace. TELEVISIONS- There are Samsung smart televisions with Comcast remotes in the living room and two king bedrooms. The Comcast or TV remotes will turn on/off the TV. If any smart TV streaming services are used please use you own account and then log out before you leave. The Visio TV in the lower play room does not have Comcast but does have an HDMI cable and some streaming services built in. HOT TUB- Walk out the south door on the main level, Open cover by starting where the controls are and flip it half way and then half way again slowly. If it snows PLEASE remove all snow before lifting. The jets and lights are controlled by the touch screen on the far side of the tub. Gas Grill- Is located outside by the hot tub.  SURROUNDINGS- You walk to chair lift 20 or the town of Vails free shuttle, that walk is 8 to 12 minutes. Contact- Rent Vail 1-866-823-7368.   • Free cancellations within 24 hours of booking for reservations made outside of 60 days.
  • A $250 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival. 
  • 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Partial or pro-rated refunds ARE NOT available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain "travelers' insurance." Contact us prior to or on the final payment to purchase travelers insurance.
