This one bedroom unit is on the third floor of building 2. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create a great meal when you don't feel like eating out. There are gulf views from the living room and the bedroom. The sofa pulls out to a sleeper which allows the unit to sleep 4. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are flat screen TV's and DVD players in the living room and bedroom. It is centrally located to all the amenities that El Matador has to offer. El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
