Follow the Parkway south (You will leave Pigeon Forge and drive through the country) Continue to traffic light # 10 and make a right onto Ski Mountain Rd Continue 1.0 mile and make a left on to Heiden Dr. for 0.3 mile Then the road will merge in to Echo Pl. continue 0.9 mile Turn left on to Zurich Rd go 0.10 of a mile Cabin will be on the left Chalet Village offers 3 different pool facilities. All are available to use but you must have your pool pass to gain access. Pool passes are located on the main level of the cabin hanging on a lanyard near the kitchen. Pools are located at: 1319 S Baden Dr 705 Village Loop Rd (closest to cabin) 1151 Upper Alpine Dr (Farthest from the cabin)

Enjoy the spacious living room next to the wood-burning fireplace. When you decide you need a little more excitement have fun in the game room with your very own pool table and air hockey table! The open floor plan has a full kitchen that is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a mobile island, and a dining room with a large beautiful log table. This unique cabin is located just a few miles from the heart of Gatlinburg with all the fun-filled attractions your family and friends won’t want to miss out on. Chalet Village offers 3 different pool facilities. All are available to use but you must have your pool pass to gain access. Please be aware that black bears live in the surrounding areas, so we ask guests to follow the authorities' recommendations and be extra careful. Rules for this unit are as follows: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Children are allowed. The minimum age limit for this unit is 25. No Parties

CANCELLATIONS: We cannot offer refunds under any circumstances. It is highly recommended but not required for guest to purchase travel insurance. All reservations, service package payments/deposits (i.e. wedding package, group package, romance package) are subject to a no refund policy. If notified 90 days prior to the event, ECVR may reschedule your event for anytime within the next year. We cannot offer refunds under any circumstances for any payments/deposits made toward a service package or reservation. Guest agrees to release any and all claims against Manager and its agents or affiliates. Cancellations, abandonment or early departure by the guest at the rental property for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent to Guest.
