Enter 6251 and open with the handset lever. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOOR WILL LOCK BEHIND YOU, and requires the code each time to enter. Parking- There is one parking marked #128 Please make sure to use only the assigned spot. The parking spot is located just to the right of the unit when looking at it from the street. If you have a guest that needs a parking please obtain a parking permit at the office located next to the pool. Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay. Phone- There is no phone in the unit. Wireless Internet- WiFi network name:Ridgepoint128 Password: 9707488480 Television- Basic cable service is provided via Xfinity in the living room and bedrooms. Gas Grill- There is a grill located on the deck. Skis and snowboards- We ask that No Skis be brought in the unit. There is a ski locker located at the entrance of the home. The combination is 2069 Ski in and ski out - You can get to the departing point by walking out the front door and take right . You will have to walk a few steps up the hill to get on the trail that takes you down to the Lower Beaver Creek Express Lift. Coming back to the house you use the trail that departs above Ritz on Bachelor Gulch. The names of the trails are Ridge Rider, Ridge point and Ridge point Ski Way. Fireplace- The fire place is gas, the switch to turn on the is to the left. Thermostats/baseboard Heaters- Central thermostat is located at the first floor on the wall across of the guest bathroom. Hot Tub- Pool- Located in the club house just as you come in Ridgepoint, its open from 8 am to 10 pm . (pool is summer only) Trash/Recycling- There are trash and recycle bins located in the parking area. Please remove all trash and recycling at time of departure. Laundry- There is a washer and dryer in the home for your use. Pets- No pets. Departure- When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to- 1) Turn lights out, 2) Leave all used towels and linens on the bathroom floors, 3) Remove Trash and Recycling, 4) Turn off all Thermostats (down to 50F). This 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo is right in the heart of Beaver Creek and close to all that town has to offer. Whether it’s enjoying the beautiful mountain views, or quick access to the ski slopes, this condo provides the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventuring.
