Remember that mountain roads may be snow-packed or icy, and that you may be driving at night. PLEASE NOTE THAT TO CLOSE THE DOOR YOU ALSO NEED TO USE THE CODE 8-3-2-0 AND CLOSE with the handset lever. Parking- A parking permit should be ready at your unit upon arrival. Please place the parking permit in the window of the car, and park in the spaced marked #3. Each unit has 2 parking spaces, but since the hospital canceled two spaces due to the construction going on, the second space is upon availability. Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay. Wireless Internet- WiFi network name: vailrealtyskl3 Password: Vail8800 (V with cap) Television- Basic cable service is provided via Xfinity. The living room TV, main bedroom and second bedroom with the king size bed also has an apple TV. Each room has its own apple TV remote control, they are marked in the back. Gas Grill- There is a grill located on the deck. The gas for the grill can be open and close with the wall handle located behind the grill. PLEASE ALWAYS TURN OFF THE GRILL AND CLOSE THE GAS AFTER USING IT Skis and snowboards- If you are renting skis, you may usually store the skis and boots at their shop that you rented from. Thermostats/baseboard Heaters- The main living area is controlled by the Thermostat. Each bedroom has its own baseboard heater. The Thermostat of the bunk bedroom is located behind the top left bunk bed. Trash/Recycling- Please remove all trash and recycling at time of departure. THE TRASH CAN BE LEFT IN THE TRASH BOX OF A BUILDING NAMED SCORPIO LOCATED BEHING SKAAL HUS. YOU EXIT SKAAL HUS TURN LEFT AND THE TURN LEFT AGAIN IN THE RAMP THAT GOES UP. THE TRASH BOX IS LOCATED STRAIGHT AHEAD ONCE YOU ARE IN THE RAMP GOING UP. Laundry- There is a washer/dryer located in the unit. Pets- No pets are allowed  Departure- When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to- 1) Turn lights out, 2) Leave all used towels and linens on the bathroom floors, 3) Remove Trash and Recycling, 4) Turn off all Thermostats (down to 50F). 5) Turn off the grill gas in the terrace if used, 6) make sure to leave all the TV and Apple TV remotes where you found them.
