May- 1524 June- 2135 July- 5241 August- 4351 Sept- 5213 Oct- 4132 Nov- 4253 December- 3145 January- 2351 February- 1352 March- 4312 April- 2543 Pool & Hot Tub Code  - 0996 IF YOU HAVE A CAR YOU MUST STOP AT THE GATE AND GET PARKING PASS ON YOUR WAY IN To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please review the following info- ADDRESS: THE SEASONS AT ARROWHEAD: 600 SAWATCH DRIVE #104, EDWARDS, CO. 81632 Directions from DENVER * Follow I-70 West to Avon Exit #167 *From the exit ramp, enter the traffic circle and turn left toward town and under the overpass *Continue south through five traffic circles *Turn right onto Hwy 6 (at the 5th traffic circle) toward Arrowhead (approximately 2 miles) *Watch for small brown sign on the north side of the road indicating Arrowhead *Make a left into Arrowhead and proceed in the inside lane to the Main Gate *Inform the Officer you are a guest of Seasons Lodge and request a parking pass for your vehicle.(YOU MUST HAVE A PARKING PASS FOR YOUR CAR) *Continue through the gate and turn left at the first street (blvd. turn, will see sign for Country Club of Rockies) *Continue on Sawatch Drive past the Country Club of the Rockies. The Seasons is on the North side of the street, with a circle drive and a porte cochere. Pull in the circle to unload only. There are luggage racks in the lobby for your use. *Go through first set of doors and there is a key pad to the right of the second set of doors. If the second set of doors is closed, follow the instructions on the key pad and enter the security code. The doors will announce for you to open. * After unloading, the parking garage is directly across from the drive. Enter the code on the key pad. Park in any spot marked SEASONS. Do not park behind another car. Directions from EAGLE *Follow I-70 East toward Denver to Edwards, Exit #163 *From exit ramp, turn right, and enter the traffic circle going south *Continue south across the bridge and turn left at the first traffic light Hwy 6 *Continue on Hwy 6, past the Miller Ranch traffic signal and begin to watch for a small brown sign indicating Arrowhead *Turn right on the first street past Miller Ranch into Arrowhead and proceed in the inside lane to the Main Gate *Inform the Officer you are a guest of Seasons Lodge and request a parking pass for your vehicle.(YOU MUST HAVE A PARKING PASS FOR YOUR CAR) *Continue through the gate and turn left at the first street (blvd. turn, will see sign for Country Club of Rockies) *Continue on Sawatch Drive past the Country Club of the Rockies. Enter the code on the key pad. Park in a spot marked SEASONS. Parking *Secure, heated underground parking is complimentary, BUT YOU MUST HAVE A PARKING PASS FOR YOUR CAR. (You should have picked up a pass at the front gate.) Only one vehicle per unit is allowed in the garage. If you have more than one car, you will have to get a pass for it also, and park it in the overflow surface parking at the ski lot. IF MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE PER UNIT IS IN THE GARAGE OR THERE IS NO PARKING PASS YOU WILL BE BOOTED & FINED. *To gain access to the garage, use your building code on the key pad on the left side of the driveway. *Spots are not assigned, and on a first come first serve basis. *Park in a spot marked SEASONS. *If you need overflow parking, from the main gait, continue past Sawatch Drive and turn left just before the gates. Overflow parking will be on your right. Please have your parking pass displayed for over night parking. Luggage *Luggage & grocery carts are available for you in the lobby next to the elevators. Please return them to the lobby after use. *If you have a lot of luggage, take cart on elevator down one level and turn right. There is a second set of steps at the end of the hall. Go down those steps and the unit is the first door on the right. Ski, Snowboard, Pool toys, & Bike Storage *Ski lockers are inside the building to the left of the lobby. Locker # 104 is on the right side half way down. NO SKIS, POLES, SNOWBOARDS, BOOTS, BIKES, FISHING POLES, et cetera are allowed in the lobby. Please use the skier entrance on the west side of the building for equipment. *Bikes can be stored in the niches in the garage. Be aware of door height if you carry your bike on top of the car!! *Please feel free to use the sleds, pool toys in the ski locker. Be so kind to return them for the next guest to use. Keys Keys will be in lock box for your convenience on the door of the unit. You will have a key that works both front and back doors of the unit. You will need your access code to enter the building from the outside. The front door and the garage use all four numbers of the code. The east and west doors use the first three numbers of the code. Lock Box Code 8-3-2-0 Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay.  Fireplace- *Fireplace is wood burning. There is wood on the patio outside the lobby. Matches and fire starters are in a box on the hearth. Extra fire starters are in the lobby at the desk. There is a switch on the right side of the fireplace that you will need to switch on if you build a fire. Instructions for fires are on the hearth. DO NOT LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED! *If you EVER get smoke smell coming into the unit, please turn on the exhaust switch on the right of the fireplace. Heat- Heat is baseboard heat, and there is a separate thermostat for each room. You may hear a thud if the gas expands quickly in the heat elements. This is expected. Fans & Humidifiers-  All bedrooms have fans,Humidifiers are provided for your comfort. Phone & Internet- Cell service & internet is available in units and lobby. The passcode for the unit is seasons104. Television - Service is provided by Comcast. There is cable TV with remotes in the living room and both bedrooms. There is a dvd player in the master bedroom and living room. *In the living room the silver remote turns on the cable box, TV, changes channels, and volume. To turn on the TV with just the silver remote, point it to the left side of the TV so it will reach the receiver too. When on, the receiver will have a red and yellow dot, and a yellow number. When the TV is on there will be a green dot in the lower left corner. When you turn off, please make sure the TV turns off also. When off, the green dot will go away. *To work, the TV must be on channel 3. Trash- Trash cans are provided under the sink and in the bathrooms. The main trash room is past the lobby and the ski storage. Please empty your trash as necessary during your stay and as you depart. Laundry- Washer and dryer, as well as iron & board are in the unit. The washer and dryer are space saver units, so please no extra large loads. If you have huge loads, there is a door marked “laundry" by the ski lockers. You are welcome to use these units which will accommodate large loads. BBQ- Patio is equipped with an electric BBQ. Please be sure to clean the BBQ when you are finished so as to NOT attract BEARS! Pool, Hot Tub & Tennis courts & Cross Country-  Pool and hot tubs are open year around. Go out front doors and cross the street. Go up any of the stairs, and continue to the pool. If you go up the stairs across from the patio of your unit, when you reach the dead end, turn right and cross the bridge to the pool. Please use colored towels provided in your unit to use at the pool and hot tubs, and return to the unit with your towels. *Glass containers are not allowed any time in the pool area. There are plastic cups in the unit for use at the pool. Please return them to the unit. *Tennis courts are available for guest use. They are at the west end of the neighborhood off Aspen Meadow Drive. Tennis courts are seasonal. **Go west on Arrowhead drive almost to highway 6. Turn left on Aspen Meadow Dr. (This is a short walk) *Cross country skiing is available in the winter on the golf course. Pets- This unit has a walk out patio to a grassy common area. *Dogs must be on a leash at all times. *Dogs that are noisy or destructive ARE NOT ALLOWED and will be referred to a day care, or kennel service. *Waste bags for your pet are provided at the east side entrance to the Seasons. Please pick up your pets waste. *Towels are provided on the patio to clean your dog prior to entering the unit. *No Cats Please Complimentary Shuttle Service- Arrowhead offers complimentary shuttle service in the village. Call (970) 926-1938. This is available approximately Dec 15 to April 10. The “in village” shuttle picks up outside the lobby/skier entrance. *Arrowhead offers complimentary shuttle service "village to village" in winter. This service runs between Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. *Service picks up at the parking lot at Alpine Station, just to the west of the Arrowhead lift.There is a schedule posted. Please check posted schedule by the bench for current times. *Drop off/Pick up in Beaver Creek is at Centennial Station. Please check with driver for current times. *8:20 am shuttle is the shuttle for ski school. *There is a halt in mid-day service, usually between 11:30 & 12:45. Please check with driver for current times. *Please call (970) 949-1938 for additional information. Security- Should you need security, Arrowhead is manned 24/7. For emergency assistance please call (970) 926-2588. Smoking- This is a non smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. Restaurants- Arrowhead has two restaurants. Vista at Country Club of the Rockies is open to the public. Indoor/outdoor dining. *Broken Arrow Café at the base of the chair lift with indoor/outdoor dining (Thursday night only in summer) Both restaurants offer seasonal live music Skiing & Riding- The Seasons is just steps to the ticket office, rentals, and Arrowbahn lift. If you walk, cross the street, and go up the stairs. These will lead you to the ticket office and the ski lift. There are lockers and bathrooms at the base of the lift at the Broken Arrow. *Tickets and rentals are available at the base. (970) 754-6740 *Arrowhead, Bachelor, & Beaver Creek are interconnected providing village to village skiing. *Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch are comprised of mostly intermediate terrain. *Quickest route to World Cup events is: (Intermediate) *Arrowbahn lift to top *Ski to Bachelor Gulch and take Upper Beaver Creek to top *Ski to Larkspur Bowl *World Cup will be at the confluence of Larkspur, Birds of Prey, and Grouse Mtn. *From the top of Strawberry Park lift in Beaver Creek to the bottom of Arrowhead (all intermediate/beginner) takes less than 10 min. *Upon departure please turn off all electronics, and be sure to close all windows and lock the doors. Please place any wet linens in the shower or tub, and drop your trash in the trash room at the end of the hall. We certainly hope you enjoy your stay in Arrowhead. Located in the heart of Arrowhead Village and just a short walk from the ArrowBahn chairlift, this 1200-square foot condo is perfect for small families looking to get straight into the action. The ArrowBahn chairlift is just 200 yards from the front door, allowing quick access to the beautiful ski slopes of Beaver Creek Resort! The two bedrooms of this condo provide ample sleeping space for about 6-7 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and also has access to its own bathroom. In the living area there is an additional bed in the form of a queen-size sleeper sofa. The common area bathroom has its own shower as well.  The main living area is large and open. The living room space is very cozy, with a couch and a couple of chairs surrounding the fireplace. Above the fireplace sits a large HD TV, and there are plenty of large windows allowing natural light into the space. Adjacent to the living space is the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, with a dining table and large counter seating area. The kitchen is of a good size, and features all the appliances you would expect.  This condo has access to a selection of community assets, such as a pool and hot tub.
