You may park in the building garage. When you get into the condo, you will find a parking pass, which you should place, on the dashboard for the duration of your stay. Please leave the parking pass on the kitchen counter when you depart. Access Code- To enter the building from inside the parking garage, you use the keypad at the door. To enter the parking level lobby from the parking garage, you can use the keypad located next to the door. The code is- 1-3-2-2-* Keys / Access Codes- .The Condo has electronic lock on the front door, use the code 4-2-9-2 Internet- Wireless Internet access is available in the condo. The network is Townsend hoa. To join this network; please use network access code 3333333333. Trash- Should you need to depose of any trash during your stay, the dumpster is located in the parking garage under the building. Luggage- Luggage trolleys are available on the parking level lobby. Please replace them back in the parking lobby when finished. A ski locker is also available in the parking lobby. Your condo key will also open the ski locker. No skis, snowboard's or boots are allowed in the elevator or up in the condo. Please leave all equipment in the locker provided. Laundry- Washer/ dryer are located in the closet of the 2nd bedroom. Please note that these are NOT large capacity machines, and you should plan your loads accordingly. Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay.  Surroundings- You are located only steps from fabulous Beaver Creek Village, the Elkhorn Lift, and the Beaver Creek Golf Course. As you walk/ ski out the parking garage onto the creek side path/ski way, you will pass the Jacuzzi. If you follow the path over the creek, you can go either left or right. To the left is the wonderful playground, and the Elkhorn Lift is a little further down the path, and the Beaver Creek Golf Course is just past the lift. If turn right over the creek, you can follow the path to Beaver Creek Village. The walk to the Village is approximately 4 mins. Departure- When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to  #1 put the parking pass back on the kitchen counter. #2 leave all used towels and linens on the restroom floor.   • A $250 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival.
