Garage Door Access Code- The code to raise/lower the garage door is "1-9-4-3-ENTER". Parking- You can park 1 car in the garage or the driveway – be sure not to block the neighbors drive way. Also please do not leave the garage doors left open for any length of time, the garage is heated. Driveway Snow Removal- Our drive is heated. If it starts to snow the timer for the driveway heat is located in the garage next to the garage door turn on for 8 hours. Also if it snows over night while you are sleeping turn on for 10 to 12 hours. Internet- Wireless Internet access is available, the wireless name is rentvail and the security code is “vail4rent”. Ski-Equipment and Shoes- There are no boots, skis or other equipment allowed inside the home. Please leave all such items in the garage. Also please REMOVE ALL shoe at the front door. Phone- There is no phone in the house.  Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay.  Television- The home receives a basic cable package. There is a DVD player located next to the TV in living room. Both living rooms have universal remotes.  Hot-Tub- .. There is a hot tub in the lower level off of the family room. Please check it when you arrive to make sure the temperature is at around 101 or 102 degrees. If it is not – turn it up so it is ready for you to use. When not in use – always keep the lid on. Trash- Should you need to dispose of any trash during your stay, the trash cans are located in the garage. Trash pick-up is on Tuesdays please have the trash can out at the curb by 7:30 am. Smoking- Our home is a NO SMOKING home. Please refrain from smoking anywhere inside the home. If you smoke out on the decks, please be very careful where you dispose of cigarette butts as the risk of fire is very high right now. Laundry- There is one set of washer/dryers located in the home. Please note that these are normal capacity machines, and you should plan your loads accordingly. Pets- Sorry, but pets are NOT welcome- unless you have made SPECIFIC arrangements with Rentvail in advance. Departure- When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to- 1) Lock all doors, 2) leave all used towels and linens on the restroom floors, 3) please turn all thermostats down to 65 degrees, 4) if you opened any windows please close and lock them. The home is loaded with several upscale amenities including High-speed wireless internet, a spacious deck with comfortable furniture, an outdoor dining table and a grill. You can also enjoy the private hot tub, which offers beautiful views down the valley. Guests will enjoy the spacious great room which includes plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace, large kitchen island with seating for 4, a large 82-inch flat screen TV & SONOS sound system, and a spectacular wall of windows which help make the room bright and inviting!   • A $250 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival.
