Vantage Point condo, unit #105 Unit Access Code 8-3-2-0  Internet Name – VP105 Password – 1234abcd To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please review the following info- Vantage Point 508 E Lionshead Cir, Unit #105 Vail, CO 81657 Link For Directions From Denver International Airport- https://goo.gl/maps/baNPdMKEPS12 Link For Directions From Eagle/Vail Airport - https://goo.gl/maps/ZCcWEX4CB6T2 Parking- Every car must have a parking permit. The permits can be obtained form the manager’s office (located in the parking garage.) Make sure you display your parking permit on the dashboard of your car. If you arrive after hours, just be sure to pick up a permit the following day. Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay. Skis and snowboards- A ski locker in the parking garage –the number is #20 door code for the locker 8-3-2-0 Keys- The condo has an electronic door lock on the front door. The door code is 8-3-2-0.  Hot-Tub- The hot tubs are outside by the pool (only open in summer) Fireplace- The gas fireplace is controlled by the thermostat located wall to your left when enter the living room. Do not turn it off. Thermostats- There is a thermostat on the kitchen wall that controls heat for the kitchen, living and dining rooms. Please keep this at a low setting when using the fireplace-it can get very warm with both thermostats on. There is a separate register in the kitchen (near the refrigerator) with a manual knob if you need extra heat in the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms have floor registers that turn on manually as well. Please be careful not to blast the manually controlled registers, they get very hot. We would appreciate if you would turn down the registers and the thermostat when you check out. Phone- There is no phone in the unit. Television- The home receives a basic cable package. Trash- All trash is to be removed at time of departure and placed in the dumpster located near the entrance of the parking garage. Internet- Name – vp105 Password- 1234abcd Pets- No pets. Departure- When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to- 1) Lock the door on your way out.  2) leave all used towels and linens on the bathroom floors.   • A $250 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival. 
  • 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Partial or pro-rated refunds ARE NOT available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain "travelers' insurance." Contact us prior to or on the final payment to purchase travelers insurance. 
  • A full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of RentVail based on recovery of lost rents through re-booking.
