Lionshead Circle, Vail, CO 81657 970.688.5296   Please allow 2-3 hours drive time from DIA in Denver and 1 hour from Eagle Airport. There is a combination lock on the door. Enter 8-3-2-0 and open with the handset lever. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOOR WILL LOCK BEHIND YOU, and requires the combination each time to enter.   Parking- Every car must have a parking permit.  The permits are in the unit or may be obtained from the manager’s office (located in the parking garage.)  Make sure you display your parking permit on the dashboard of your car. Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay.  Phone- The number for the unit is 970-688-5296   Wireless Internet- WiFi network name: gocubs Password:vp41181657  (unit telephone number) Service for WiFi and TV is XFinity Comcast   Television- Basic cable service is provided via Xfinity. The living room TV has a BluRay player where you may play DVDs or access the internet using your accounts for Pandora, NetFlix, etc. The TV in the bedroom has a DVD player.   Gas Grill- The unit has two balconies. The gas grill is located on the balcony overlooking the mountain. Please turn off the gas when finished grilling.   Skis and snowboards- If you are renting skis, you may usually store the skis and boots at their shop. Vail Ski Tech is just around the corner. We ask that No Skis be brought in the unit. There is a ski locker in the garage, number 42. The combination is, 2-6-4-6   Bicycles- There are bicycle racks in the garage. Bicycles may be rented in Lionshead. Vail Bike Tech is just around the corner.   Fireplace- There is a dial/timer for the fireplace on the wall to the right of the fireplace. Plug the fireplace fan in on the left side of the fireplace. Please unplug when fireplace is off.  Do not place things near the fireplace.   Thermostats/baseboard Heaters- The main living area is controlled by the Thermostat. Each bedroom has its own baseboard heater with controls located on the heater.   Hot Tub- Pool- Two Hot Tubs and a Pool (pool is open only in summer) located on Floor 1. There are Men’s and Women’s changing rooms as well as a bathroom. Please observe rules posted in the pool area.   Trash/Recycling- There are trash and recycle bins located in the Garage near the entrance. Please remove all trash and recycling at time of departure. Laundry- There is a washer/dyer in the unit.    Pets- No pets.   Departure- When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to- 1) Turn lights out, 2) Leave all used towels and linens on the bathroom floors, 3) Remove Trash and Recycling.   Contact- If you need anything inside the condo, or have questions, just call Rent Vail 1-866-823-7368.   We certainly hope you enjoy your stay in Vail.   • A $250 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival. 
  • 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Partial or pro-rated refunds ARE NOT available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain "travelers' insurance." Contact us prior to or on the final payment to purchase travelers insurance. 
  • A full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of RentVail based on recovery of lost rents through re-booking.
