Our home’s casual elegance offers incredible vistas of the Gulf while being centrally located so you can enjoy the charm and family-friendly amenities of Miramar Beach. Walk next door to the world-famous Pompano Joe’s beach restaurant. Award-winning restaurants, golf, and shopping are all located nearby. Waterside Dreams is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar-white sands. This home was remodeled in 2020 with new decks, furniture, lighting, kitchen, and furnishings. Amenities include grand balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a grill, hammocks, and smart TVs. From March to October, we include a daily luxury beach chair setup of 2 chairs and an oversized umbrella. The interior of Waterside Dreams is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. The kitchen, living area, first-floor bedroom, and top king bedroom offer incredible views. Layout: 1st Floor Sleeps 8: Entryway | Living Area With Queen over Queen Bunk Beds and Twin over Twin Bunk Beds | Queen Room and bathroom | Balcony. 2nd Floor - Living Area With Open Kitchen and Dining | ½ Bath | Balcony. 3rd Floor Sleeps 4 - King Master with Balcony and Bathroom | King Bedroom with Bathroom Lower Beach Level - Large covered balcony area and steps to the beach. Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to two standard vehicles. No Xl vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed. Additional parking may be found at any public lots throughout the Destin area. *Check-In – 4 PM (Central) *Check Out – 10 AM (Central)Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Walk to adjoining shops and restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. The guest is responsible for purchasing additional items. Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

10. CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations made after the time of booking will be non-refundable. We encourage all guests to purchase a cancellation insurance policy through an insurance company or their credit card provider. If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately of any cancellation requests. Note, we do not allow cancellations due to health concerns, medical treatment, or other health related issues of the rental guests. However, in the event that travel to Florida is strictly prohibited by the state of Florida during the dates of a booking there will be a cancellation and full refund given. During the event that the beach closest to the home is closed due to acts of God or the government, there will be a 25% discount applied to the nightly rate for each day that the beach is closed during the stay. 11. CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE – We do not provide insurance, but advise you to consider purchasing a CANCEL FOR ANY REASON insurance policy from an insurance company of your choice that is not in partnership with us. The insurance company provides the payout for cancellation. 12. HURRICANE/TROPICAL STORM EVACUATIONS - Our policies regarding possible hurricane and tropical storms are wrapped into our CANCEL FOR ANY REASON insurance (see item 11). In the event that a mandatory evacuation is ordered any reservation dates during the time of the evacuation order may be cancelled with a full refund given. 13. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION – Any changes made to a reservation for a change of dates or otherwise will be treated as a cancellation. However, under certain unique circumstances it may be possible to move dates of a reservation if available and any additional costs involved must be paid by the guest booking this home. 14. TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through your credit card company or any available insurance company. This can protect you in the event that you lose luggage, experience theft, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances that could result in financial loss. 15. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must make such change at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in.
