Discover a family paradise bathed in the sun at Monaco Sands. This newly remodeled home sits directly on the dunes looking over the beach and pool. There is no waiting in line for an elevator; walk out your back door and onto the private beach or the pool area. The beachfront pool is heated from Jan 15 - April 15. We provide our guests with daily beach chair setups from March to October. Monaco Sands is conveniently located less than a mile from the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, award-winning restaurants, beachside bars, golf, family fun centers, and much more! Monaco Sands is surrounded by nature, with a beach on the south and a lake on the north. Cook your steaks or seafood on the BBQ grills located alongside the beach. Everything you need to renew your senses is right here. Layout: Bedroom 1 - King bed with bathroom overlooking the pool and Gulf Of Mexico. Bedroom 2 - Two full-size beds. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offer views of the Gulf of Mexico throughout and has a sleeper sofa that can sleep two. The hallway between the two bedrooms has a 2nd full bathroom. Access to the unit is easy as parking is available next to the front door. Walking out the back door leads directly to the pool area and the stairs onto the beach. Laundry is available on-site. Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to get more if needed. Check-in time is 4 PM (Central), and Check-out time is 10 AM (Central). We provide four beach chairs with the home. A luxury Beach Chair setup of two chairs and one umbrella is set up daily by the beach vendor from March - October, weather permitting. We offer discounts for renting bicycles and electric vehicles through Ecco Motors. This property is in the gated community/resort of Huntington By The Sea and is restricted by the HOA rules and regulations. No pets or animals are allowed on the premises. Failure to follow these rules and regulations may result in fines and eviction. Breaking local or state laws on the premises will result in appropriate and necessary action. Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

10. CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations made after the time of booking will be non-refundable. We encourage all guests to purchase a cancellation insurance policy through an insurance company or their credit card provider. If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately of any cancellation requests. Note, we do not allow cancellations due to health concerns, medical treatment, or other health related issues of the rental guests. However, in the event that travel to Florida is strictly prohibited by the state of Florida during the dates of a booking there will be a cancellation and full refund given. During the event that the beach closest to the home is closed due to acts of God or the government, there will be a 25% discount applied to the nightly rate for each day that the beach is closed during the stay. 11. CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE – We do not provide insurance, but advise you to consider purchasing a CANCEL FOR ANY REASON insurance policy from an insurance company of your choice that is not in partnership with us. The insurance company provides the payout for cancellation. 12. HURRICANE/TROPICAL STORM EVACUATIONS - Our policies regarding possible hurricane and tropical storms are wrapped into our CANCEL FOR ANY REASON insurance (see item 11). In the event that a mandatory evacuation is ordered any reservation dates during the time of the evacuation order may be cancelled with a full refund given. 13. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION – Any changes made to a reservation for a change of dates or otherwise will be treated as a cancellation. However, under certain unique circumstances it may be possible to move dates of a reservation if available and any additional costs involved must be paid by the guest booking this home. 14. TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through your credit card company or any available insurance company. This can protect you in the event that you lose luggage, experience theft, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances that could result in financial loss. 15. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must make such change at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in.
