Directions to The Village 601 via toll road   Ask for directions to the toll road from the rental car agency. Follow this two-lane highway for approximately 5 miles until you reach the first toll booth. There is NO payment due here, you will receive a receipt that you will turn in at the next toll both. on this two lane road approximately 3 miles where you will come to a “Y” stay to the right to “San Jose del Cabo” and continue approximately 3 miles to the next toll booth where you will give them the receipt you received at the first toll booth and pay $40 pesos (approx. $2.50 usd). Once through the toll booth, continue on this road approx. 1 mile where you will take a right onto a four-lane highway known as the “Tourist Corridor”.  You will follow this main road approx. 15 miles to Puerta Cabos Village. You will see City Express Suites Cabo San Lucas on your left side, right after it will be a traffic light, turn to the left side in Blvd. Constituyentes. Continue driving a few meters and you will see on your right side Puerta Cabos Village. Security gate is situated in the middle of the buildings. Let security you are going to The Village 601, he will be indicating its location. If you have any problems finding the house, there are always plenty of security guards around who would be happy to help you locate the house, or call the LIFESTYLE Los Cabos Office 144 4954. Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations made to a NON-HOLIDAY reservation more than 45 days prior to arrival will be refunded to “TENANT” minus a 10% administration fee. Any changes or cancellations made to a NON-HOLIDAY reservation less than 45 days prior to arrival will only be refunded to “TENANT” if “AGENT” is able to re-rent the villa and is subject to a 10% administration fee. If “AGENT” is unable to re-rent the villa funds will be held by “LANDLORD” and applied to future reservations within one year from original reservation date. Any changes or cancellations made to a HOLIDAY reservation after the Rental Agreement has been signed will only be refunded to “TENANT” if “AGENT” is able to re-rent the villa and is subject to a 10% administration fee. If “AGENT” is unable to re-rent the villa funds will not be refunded nor applied to future reservations.
