Cancellation before final payment (30 days prior to arrival) will result in a loss equal to 15% of the total amount due plus the non-refundable reservation fee and travel insurance if purchased. (NOTE: Guest covered under Red Sky rental vacation insurance are exempt from the 15% early-cancellation fee if the reason for cancellation is a covered reason under the travel insurance.) Cancellation after final payment will result in a 100% loss of the total cost of the stay. The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased; or (2) Brooks and Shorey Resorts can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged a 10% rebooking fee in addition to the reservations fee. Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay.
