Proceed straight 1 mile through the traffic light and remain on Highway 6 (West). 1 mile after traffic light McCoy Road will be on your right. You will enter the Arrowhead community through a security gate. No code required, doors will open automatically.  Drive at a relatively slow pace to ensure you do not miss the gated area - due to traffic in this area you can be forced to pass the gate if you are driving too fast. Once through the gate, immediately turn left onto Riverdance Road. Follow Riverdance Road until Riverdance Way, it will be your first major left after turning onto Riverdance Road. Turn left on Riverdance way. Home is the third House on the right, in the first driveway. House will have the number on it.   Important Information for your visit PARKING  Do not park on the road. ?One vehicle can park in the garage, two in front of the home. HOME ACCESS Front door is 2015 and enter. Garage code is 2015 and enter. PHONE NUMBER 720-295-1842 In case of Emergencies please call 911 from your cell phone.   GARBAGE Garbage pickup is only on Tuesday.  If you are present on Tuesday, be sure to roll the can out to the edge of the driveway by 8am.  It must be back in the garage after 3pm (DO NOT LEAVE IT OUTSIDE). ?Please place all garbage in the trash can in the garage. There is a recycle bin also for plastic, glass and cardboard. TV’S Comcast -  HBO is included in our package.  Please use the Comcast remotes. INTERNET SERVICE:   Wireless Network name:  Home- AAE 9-2.4 PW:  Arrowhead45 WASHER/DRYER To start, press the gray button on the left, which will activate your choices for the wash.  It’s the same instructions for the dryer.  Please clean filter after each use.  The instruction manual is located in left cabinet above the machine if needed. REFRIGERATOR Ice machine will make more ice if you touch the “ Ultra Ice” button and a graphic will light up in the display.  It will make more ice for a 24hr period and will shut off after that.  Refer to the green notebook in the kitchen cabinet to left of oven for all appliance manuals if needed. NEST THERMOSTATS There are two NEST THERMOSTATS.  Turn the dial left to lower the temp and right to turn up the heat.  It will automatically be set at your desired temp.  There are other wall thermostats that operate by pressing the arrows up or down.   DISHWASHER: Has multiple cycle options. The most effective cycle is normal wash. Press the start button- you will see it blink- then close the door within 3 seconds to start cycle. Press cancel if you need to cancel. SUPPLIES: Extra toilet paper, paper towels, light bulbs, tissue boxes, etc. are located in the front hall closet.   DIAL UP VAN SERVICE TO ARROWHEAD SKI MOUNTAIN:  970-949-1938. The van will pick you up at the doorstep at your desired time. As a renter of 45 Riverdance Way in Arrowhead, you have access to the pool and outdoor hot tub at the base of Arrowhead Mountain. Please sign in at the entry way with your name and address: 45 Riverdance Way. The Vista restaurant, located in the main building where the golf shop is for Country Club of the Rockies,  is open to the public and has a great menu and piano music in the bar area. You can also cross country ski on CCR’s golf course. The start of the course is outside of the main building where the Vista restaurant is.  Recommended restaurants in Edwards: Zino Ristorante, Juniper, Sato Sushi Bar, and The Rose Massage: Simply Massage located in Avon Breakfast and Lunch: Northside Diner in Avon, Café Milano and Lark Burger in Edwards Renting/Demo skis: Christy’s Sports in Avon Consignment Stores with Furnishings: Treasure’s and Nest in Avon

This luxury vacation home has over 4300 square feet of space and it is great for families and large groups. The open floor plan design of the living room lets the guests spread out and relax, and appreciate the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed with master bathroom with separate shower and hot tub.  The living room has Santa Fe motif deco and a stone-wall fireplace.  A solid wood dining table with bench seating will comfortable seat 8 people.  An open kitchen with custom cabinetry and a breakfast table that seat 6 people.  Downstairs has another family room and 4 bedrooms, that has a queen, 2 twins, 2 twins, 2 sets of bunks.  The guests will also enjoy relaxing on the patio looking out and seeing the Eagle River views across wetlands and open space. Vail Village Rentals requires proof or validation from the tenant's medical care provider of the need for such dogs. (service, companion, therapy). For example, Vail Village Rentals requires that: all dogs must be in the company and control of their owners while in the common area, all dogs are subject to the association's noise and other nuisance requirements, and an owner is responsible for all damage his/her dog causes to the common area. Asking for "Dogumentation" As noted above, Vail Village Rentals can require the tenants to provide proof that he/she requires a service, companion, or therapy dog. -Reservations canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged in full of the total and are 100% non-refundable.
-Holiday bookings (which included Christmas, New Years, President’s week and Holy week) are 100% non-refundable in total at time of booking (50% deposit will be taken but total reservation is nonrefundable).
