The Country Club of the Rockies is a private golf course, but the club house and restaurant are open to the public; in Arrowhead, plus enjoy some of the best fly fishing anywhere. 

Arrowhead offers a true luxurious community in a private gated setting, and you'll love the village to village ski experience to nearby Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek located just over the hill.

This luxury vacation home has over 4300 square feet of space and it is great for families and large groups. The open floor plan design of the living room lets the guests spread out and relax, and appreciate the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed with master bathroom with separate shower and hot tub.  The living room has Santa Fe motif deco and a stone-wall fireplace.  A solid wood dining table with bench seating will comfortable seat 8 people.  An open kitchen with custom cabinetry and a breakfast table that seat 6 people.  Downstairs has another family room and 4 bedrooms, that has a queen, 2 twins, 2 twins, 2 sets of bunks.  The guests will also enjoy relaxing on the patio looking out and seeing the Eagle River views across wetlands and open space. There is also the convenience of parking on the drive way or the two car garage. This is a must see fully furnished mountain home.

Vail Village Rentals Terms and Conditions

CHECK-IN: 4 p.m. (Early Check-in must be pre-approved by Vail Village Rentals)

CHECK-OUT: 11 a.m. (Late Check-out must be pre-approved by Vail Village Rentals)

Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in additional charges to return the property to an allergy-free zone, including but not limited to; steam/dry cleaning all carpeting, area rugs, drapes, bedding and linens in the entire condominium.  We reserve the right to request that the pet be boarded immediately or the rental contract will be terminated.

DEPOSIT POLICIES:

50% of total rental cost is due at time of booking.

Balance of total rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Total rental costs are due in full upon booking of reservation within 60 days of arrival.

There is an automatic charge of $75 assessed on all reservations for damage deposit protection.  This plan protects you from accidental damage within the unit up to $3,000.  You must notify Vail Village Rentals of any damage to the unit during your occupancy.  Purchasing the plan in lieu of a Security Deposit does not negate your responsibility as a tenant.  Any damages that exceed $3,000 will be charged to the credit card on file.  In the event that the credit card listed is declined, you agree to provide Vail Village Rentals with an immediate alternate form of payment.

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICIES

?25% of the total rental is non-refundable upon booking.

50% of the total will be taken at time of booking.

Reservations canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged in full of the total and are 100% non-refundable.

Holiday bookings (which included Christmas, New Years, President’s week and Holy week) are 100% non-refundable in total at time of booking (50% deposit will be taken but total reservation is nonrefundable).We are unable to re-fund or pro-rate based on any issues or delays including but not limited to weather or health, however we do over Travelers Insurance.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

A housekeeping checkout fee is applied to every reservation. This fee is to clean the rental home after departure.

Additional housekeeping may be requested at an additional fee, unless negotiated prior as part of the rental agreement with the property and Vail Village Rentals.  Touch-up cleans will include making beds, removing trash and light clean up.  Mid-stay clean will include changing sheets, towels, and clean-up.

ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES

Each property has a maximum occupancy.  Exceeding this may result in minimum additional charges of $250 per day charged to the credit card on file or eviction of some or all of the party. 

INTERNET / TV SERVICE

Properties use one or a combination of the following vendors for Internet and/or Television services; Comcast, Century Link, Direct TV or Dish Network. As these are 3rd party vendors not part of Vail Village Rentals, we can make no guarantee that they will be working all the time especially given the mountain conditions.

?We make every effort to do what we can to make sure they are functioning. If there is an issue, you can contact our office during normal business hours, however this is NOT AN EMERGENCY situation. Additionally no refunds for the stay will be given due to one or more of these not working. If there is a technical issue with your personal equipment (computers, phones, iPad etc.), Vail Village Rentals can dispatch a technician at the cost to the renter in full billed to the credit card, but does not provide technical support for devices that are not part of the unit.

RISK AND LIABILITY

There are risks associated with the use of any property which may include but are not limited to risks of injury to person or property, or death especially in a high altitude location as this one with severe climates. Call Vail Village Rentals immediately if there is any matter about which you are uncertain or which you believe may present an unreasonable risk to you. Given the extreme winter conditions, risks around the properties may include; wet, slippery, or icy conditions both inside and out; falling snow or ice; being in proximity of, or use of, a swimming pool, bathtub or hot tub including without limitation risks of, drowning, heart attack, stroke or reactions to pool or cleaning chemicals; allergic or other reaction to cleaning or "freshening" products; allergic or other reaction to man-made and synthetic materials; actions of third parties not under the control of the property manager or unit owner; theft of, or damage to, personal property; electric shock or other injury in the use, or misuse, of any electric appliance or mechanical devise; risk of injury in the use of garbage disposals, trash compactors, steam showers, saunas and other similar appliances. Renter and all persons in the rental group will assume all risk and liability. Renter agrees to the foregoing and waives all right to claim damages.

What Is a Service Animal Under Colorado Law?

The ADA and Colorado law define a service animal as a dog that is individually trained to perform tasks or do work for the benefit of a person with a physical or mental disability. (In some circumstances, a miniature horse who is individually trained also qualifies as a service animal.) The tasks or work the animal does must be directly related to the person’s disability.

Vail Village Rentals requires proof or validation from the tenant's medical care provider of the need for such dogs. (service, companion, therapy).

For example, Vail Village Rentals requires that:

all dogs must be in the company and control of their owners while in the common area,

all dogs are subject to the association's noise and other nuisance requirements, and

an owner is responsible for all damage his/her dog causes to the common area.

Asking for "Dogumentation"

As noted above, Vail Village Rentals can require the tenants to provide proof that he/she requires a service, companion, or therapy dog. Expectable forms of proof consist of a letter from a licensed medical doctor confirming the type of dog, or a specific dog, needed to accommodate a homeowner's disability.

If a tenant is unwilling or unable to provide proof of his/her need for a reasonable accommodation, Vail Village Rentals could prohibit the dog unless and until proper evidence of a need for a reasonable accommodation is received.
