Driving/Access Instructions for the Vail Golf Course, 2nd Fairway Home, 1337 Vail Valley Drive, Vail CO  81657 NOTE: THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE SENT ONLY TO THE PERSON WHO BOOKED THE VACATION. Please forward them as needed to all members of your family/party. At this point in time, the easiest method of finding your way to the home is to enter the address into your preferred map software on your phone or tablet. Since the place you start driving from the airport can be different, use these instructions as a general guideline and call for assistance or questions. If you are using a limo or other transportation service, they will, most likely, only need the home address (1337 Vail Valley Drive, Vail, CO 81657). Keep in mind that you are possibly entering a residential area for your stay, so drive carefully and slowly until you are comfortable with the area in which you are staying. Driving Directions from Denver International Airport - Rental Car Agencies on E 78th Avenue, Denver CO BASICS: EXIT THE AIRPORT IF RENTING A CAR, ASK THE AGENT TO GIVE YOU INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO GET TO PENA BLVD DRIVE ON PENA BLVD TOWARDS DENVER TO I-70 WEST DRIVE ON I-70 WEST TO EXIT 180 (EAST VAIL) Driving Distance: Approximately 121 Miles Exit the Rental Car Agencies and drive to Vail (PENA BLVD TO I-70 WEST) Ask the Rental Car Agent how to drive to PENA BLVD (different for each agency). Continue on Pena Blvd towards Denver. When you start seeing more buildings and the city areas, you are getting close to I-70. Merge onto I-70 WEST. Keep left at the fork to stay on I-70 WEST. Continue on I-70 WEST for approximately 100 miles.  You will be entering the Vail Valley after driving down Vail Pass (you will see the homes and city areas). EXIT 180 - Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 180 toward Vail East Entrance You are now in East Vail and in the residential area After exiting I-70 on to exit 180, turn RIGHT (Big Horn Road) and then take a LEFT. Big Horn Rd becomes I-70 Frontage Rd W (FRONTAGE ROAD) Continue on FRONTAGE ROAD (you will drive UNDER I-70 - CONTINUE) Continue to follow FRONTAGE ROAD for 1.5 to 2 miles You will see the Vail Golf Course on your LEFT Look for VAIL VALLEY DRIVE on your LEFT Turn LEFT onto VAIL VALLEY DRIVE - NOTE - you must turn RIGHT SOON to stay on Vail Valley Drive (.8 miles) Turn RIGHT to stay on Vail Valley Drive and continue (drive slowly) The home is on the RIGHT You are staying in the WEST side of the DUPLEX (if you are looking at the home from the street - you are staying on the LEFT side).  DO NOT BLOCK OR PARK BEHIND THE RIGHT HAND GARAGES.   PARK TIGHT TO YOUR GARAGE OR BETTER YET, PARK IN THE U-TURN PART OF THE DRIVEWAY.    STRICTLY MONITORED. 3 CARS MAX. Completely redeveloped!  NEW 5 Bedroom Vail Golf Course Home This 5 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom home on the Vail Golf Course comfortably sleeps 3 families pretty well.   3 couples, 12 kids is not unreasonable.   Great home for 10 singles too! Great hot tub!   This location is wonderful because you are very close to town, yet away from the crowds and the noise, located on Vail Valley Drive. This location is on the Golf course and very near the Vail free bus system to town giving you easy access to Vail shopping, dining and outdoor activities. This home is near the free bus stop and you can either access Vail Village, the Covered Bridge or Golden Peak (the Vail Road stop) or Lionshead Large kitchen with two dining areas for large dinners. For convenience, the home has a washer and dryer. PARKING IS LIMITED OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBOR.    We share a driveway, so it's super important not to impede the wonderful neighbor.   Limit total cars as much as you can.    If you need to have 2-3 cars, please follow the parking scheme exactly as noted within the residence.  Master Bedroom - 2 queens with en-suite shower and double vanity ???2nd bedroom - 2 queens with en-suite shower 3rd bedroom - 2 queens with en-suite shower 4th bedroom -  2 queens with en-suite shower 5th bedroom - 2 queens with en-suite shower, separte bathtub and double vanity

The ADA and Colorado law defines a service animal as a dog that is individually trained to perform tasks or do work for the benefit of a person with a physical or mental disability. (In some circumstances, a miniature horse who is individually trained also qualifies as a service animal.) The tasks or work the animal does must be directly related to the person’s disability. Vail Village Rentals requires proof or validation from the tenant's medical care provider of the need for such dogs. (service, companion, therapy). For example, Vail Village Rentals requires that: all dogs must be in the company and control of their owners while in the common area, all dogs are subject to the association's noise and other nuisance requirements, and an owner is responsible for all damage his/her dog causes to the common area. Asking for "Dogumentation" As noted above, Vail Village Rentals can require the tenants to provide proof that he/she requires a service, companion, or therapy dog. Expectable forms of proof consist of a letter from a licensed medical doctor confirming the type of dog, or a specific dog, needed to accommodate a homeowner's disability. If a tenant is unwilling or unable to provide proof of his/her need for a reasonable accommodation, Vail Village Rentals could prohibit the dog unless and until proper evidence of a need for a reasonable accommodation is received.

-50% of the total will be taken at time of booking.
-Reservations canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged in full of the total and are 100% non-refundable.
-Holiday bookings (which included Christmas, New Years, President’s week and Holy week) are 100% non-refundable in total at time of booking (50% deposit will be taken but total reservation is nonrefundable).
