Property Description

Need a vacation home that’ll sleep up to 15 people? Will 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathroom be enough? Must have a private pool and maybe some indoor entertainment (besides a TV) like a pool table? If you answered yes to all of these, then we have the house for you! Before we go over all the awesome amenities in this house, let’s go over the bedrooms. All the bedrooms have beautiful white stone flooring. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, wall paneling, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed. It also has a beautiful chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The third and fourth bedrooms both have a queen-size bed in each. The fifth bed is Mickey Mouse themed and has two single beds (which are perfect for younger members of the family). The sixth bedroom is soccer (football) themed and has 3 single beds (again, great for the younger members of the family). And lastly, the seventh bedroom has another two single beds. Now for the communal areas. The kitchen is large and beautiful. It has white wooden cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for up to 4 people, it comes with all the standard kitchen utensils and small appliances, and it overlooks the living and dining rooms. Like the kitchen, the living room is large and well decorated. It has a large brown upholstered L-shaped sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV to watch a great Disney movie on after a long day out at the parks. If one living room won’t cut it, there’s a second, small living room upstairs. Here, you’ll find a brown leather sofa, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a cards table with seating for up to 4 people. The dining room is the perfect place for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a meal. It has seating for up to 8 people. Opposite the dining room is the billiards / pool table room. Head through the patio door, and you’ll enter the large screened-in pool area. Here, you’ll find a covered lanai with a long patio table and 10 chairs, which are perfect for some alfresco dining. There are also two covered sun loungers and a built in BBQ. And, of course, there’s a large swimming pool for everyone to cool off in.


Community Description

Solara Resort, a 24/7 manned security gated community, has many great amenities that you can take advantage of while staying here. These include: a competition-level FlowRider surfing simulator, a heated grand pool, fitness center, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, basketball courts, sundries store, bar and grill, coffee bar, indoor and outdoor lounges, tween/teen hangout center, poolside cabanas, and a children's playground.

Refund Policy

If canceled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, the $250 down payment is non-refundable. Where a written cancelation letter has been received by guest within 61 days prior to arrival. Guest will be provided with the option to reschedule their travel dates in place of forfeiting their down payment which would be transferred to new dates within the same property as originally booked. Guest responsible for any price difference associated with Peak and Holiday seasons. If canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival, all payments made are non-refundable. If the property is re-rented at the same terms and conditions, guest will receive a refund for the amount paid towards rental period less a $250.00 cancelation fee. If the property is re-rented for less than the original booking the amount refunded to the guest will be the amount paid towards rental period less the difference in rental amount and less a $250.00 cancelation fee. No refund will be issued if Manager is unable to rebook the unit. Changes that result in a shortened stay will not result in any prorating, refunds or reduction in rents. Late arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund or credit of rent or deposit. Despite our best efforts, some matters are beyond our control such as plumbing, electrical or if for any reason the confirmed rental address is not available due to OWNER or sale of property in which case the management company reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or superior property at our discretion. If similar accommodations cannot be found, a full refund will be given. This paragraph is not a substitute for you obtaining Travel Insurance.
