The Lessee may cancel your booking at any time before or during the stay. If the tenant decides to cancel your reservation, the Lessor reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees: The date of booking up to 60 days prior to check-in 10% Between 60 and 30 days of check-in date 50% Less than 30 days from the date of check-in 100% In addition to the cancellation fee percentage will be charged the amount of credit card fees, PayPal or bank deposit.
