The main level has an open living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a spacious outdoor deck. Relax in the spacious living room on comfortable leather furnishings while the natural light fills the area from the large windows during the day or while the beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace casts a relaxing glow across the room at night! The open floor plan makes for a seamless transition into the dining area and kitchen allowing the conversation to flow no matter which room you happen to be in. The dining table and bar will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people between the two. The kitchen has granite countertops, lots of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and tableware necessary for making meal preparations a breeze. Each of the bedrooms on this level offer comfortable king size beds, TVs, attached bathrooms, and deck access. The spacious deck is perfect for taking in the great views from the swing and rocking chairs or enjoying an outdoor meal at the table. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, futon, TV and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs you will find a game room, the remaining two bedrooms, and an outdoor deck. Skip the arcades in town and spend hours playing pool or relaxing on the comfortable couches while you catch the big game on the large flat screen TV! The first bedroom on this level offers a queen size bed and a twin/full bunk bed, a TV and attached bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a king size bed, TV and attached bath with walk-in shower. Step outside and let the hot tub soothe your tired muscles while you listen to the relaxing sounds of nature that surround you. Nearby attractions include Ober Gatlinburg, The Arts & Crafts Community in Gatlinburg, Anakeesta and many wonderful restaurants and shops off the Parkway. Also just a short drive away, visit Dollywood, Splash Country, The Island and many other attractions in Pigeon Forge!

Cancellations are subject to our No Refund Policy and all payments are non-refundable. We do offer a 15 day reschedule policy for 1-3 bedroom properties and a 30 day reschedule policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of 15 days for 1-3 bedrooms and 30 days for 4+bedrooms, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months all monies are subject to forfeit. For cancellations made inside of 15 days for 1-3 bedrooms and 30 days for 4+ bedrooms, no refunds or reschedules will be allowed.
