"the SHACK" is a beautiful three bedroom, one and a half bathroom home located just off the main road in Killington. You'll be close to everything the town has to offer while also enjoying your own private space on two acres of land with private deck and hot tub. Walk into the main floor and you'll have a media room with smart TV, full bathroom with washer/dryer, master bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with twin bunk bed. Head up the stairs into the open kitchen and living room along with the third bedroom with full bed and half bath. The large sliding doors onto the patio provide tons of natural light and the light wood colors of this home really pop! (Hot tub fee applies mid-March to mid-December. Pet fee may apply. Please read below.) • The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking. • Our minimum rental age is 25. • We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please. • We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. • You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking. • For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the garage pointed at the driveway. This is not in any of the living areas. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. A $155 pet fee would apply. • Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder. • This house has a set of steep stairs between floors. These may not be suitable for elderly guests. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel up to 2 days before arrival and receive a full refund of your lodging and cleaning fee. Service fees may not be refundable. Valid for bookings of 180 days or less. Refund payment for cancelled bookings from 60 days to 2 days before arrival will be made on your scheduled check-out date. Refund payments for canceled bookings 61 days or more before the check-in date will be released to the Guest within 5 days of when the cancellation is made.
