C Address: 120 Willow Bridge Road Vail, CO 81657 Unit Access- Key Provided WIFI Name- Eaglevail17 Password 4Dw-Q8p-qR7-b2a ​Hot-tub & Pool door code - 1657 (open from 9am to 9pm) To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please review the following information. Directions- 120 Willow Bridge Road Unit 1G Bldg C Vail, CO 81657 From I-70. Take exit 176 toward Vail. Slight right, entering the traffic circle toward Vail Rd. Stay left and turn right onto Vail Rd crossing under 1-70. Take 1st left to stay on Vail Rd Pass through 1 roundabout, turn slight right onto S Frontage Rd.,Take 1st right onto E. Meadow Dr., Turn right to stay on E. Meadow Dr. to Willow Bridge Road turn left. The parking lot entrance first left on Willow Bridge Road. When you arrive one of our property managers will meet you in the unloading area. If you are arriving on a shuttle or have a rental car you can pull in front of the main door just off of Willow bridge road and unload. At that time will will take you to the condo and issue you the keys and parking card if you have your own car.  A week prior to your arrival we will be charging a $250 deposit on the parking card. If you are not planning on having a car we will not issue you the parking card.  Parking- One covered parking space is available for use during your stay. To access the parking garage take first left on Willow Bridge Road to enter the parking garage. Swipe card key provided. Park in the space marked unit #1G which is straight back towards the end of garage. Unit 1G is located in Bldg C located next to Willow Bridge Road. Keys/Access- Key provided opens both the front door and sliding glass door. A card key is provided for parking garage. Skis and snowboards- Please store skis and snowboards on the rack next to sliding glass door. Boot storage pan is located inside the front door. Please remove boots prior to entering the unit. WiFi Access Code- WiFi is provided. The name is Eaglevail17, the password is 4Dw-Q8p-qR7-b2a. The internet provider is Xfinity. Fireplace- The fireplace is gas burning. The fire place is remotely controlled. The remote is on the mantel fire place> Press the on button and wait 15 seconds. Press off button to turn off. Television- Cable is provided. Utilize the Xfinity remote in each room. If you experience difficulty please contact Rent Vail. Kitchen- There is a standard and Keurig coffee maker. Silverware is located in the top drawer on the left side. A toaster, crock pot and pots and pans are also located in the kitchen cabinets. Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay. Trash- All trash is to be removed at time of departure. Trash bin located outside building on Willow Bridge Road. Laundry- The washer and dryer are located in the unit next to bathroom. Hot tub & Pool - Hours 9am to 9pm located right outside sliding glass door. The pool and hot tub hours are STRICTLY enforced.  Pets- No pets. Departure- When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to- 1) set the thermostats to 65, 2) leave all used towels in the bathtub and 3) consider signing the guest book.   • A $250 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival. 
  • 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Partial or pro-rated refunds ARE NOT available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain "travelers' insurance." Contact us prior to or on the final payment to purchase travelers insurance. 
  • A full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of RentVail based on recovery of lost rents through re-booking.
