This beautiful two-bedroom condominium sits at the lower building (there is both an upper and lower Borders Lodge which are separated by about 50 yards).  This vacation rental is your private haven within the resort for a wonderful family or business trip.

Guests of Gondola Resorts are welcome at The Border's outdoor swimming pool, and hot tub as well as the resort’s ski shop, restaurants and fitness center. Enjoy the quiet and comfort of a private residence with the personal service and amenities of a high-end hotel including complimentary coffee bars in both buildings and daily maid service.

Lower 213 delivers a large 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with almost 1,700 square feet of living space which can accommodate up to 6 guests. The unit allows for plenty of sunlight while the end-unit's expansive windows reach almost as high as the vaulted ceilings. Included in the condo is a washer and dryer and a gas fireplace. Relax on the private deck while taking in the breathtaking views of the Beaver Creek golf course and ski runs.

Bedding includes a King bed in the master suite, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and twin beds in the third guest bedroom. Complimentary wireless Internet is available in the condo and the surrounding facilities.
