Solana resort is only 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and perfectly situated for shops, restaurants and bars. The house is all one level, so perfect if travelling with the elderly or disabled and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. The main living area is laid out in an open plan style with lounge, dining area and kitchen all in close proximity. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cook for the family from home and has a breakfast bar for two people, the dining table can seat six in comfy upholstered chairs and the lounge has a three piece suite and wall mounted flatscreen, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. There are two master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, a further double bedded room and a room with bunk beds. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs. The garage has been converted to a games room and has a pool table and air hockey table, as well as a wall mounted flatscreen and high top seating. The pool and jacuzzi are fully screened to keep out the bugs and the generous patio is brick paved. There is a patio table seating four, two wicker chairs with occasional table and three sun loungers. Take a dip in the pool then lie back and soak up the Florida sunshine. The pool is surrounded by grass and there is a fence to the rear, so is not directly overlooked. Solana is a gated resort community with a clubhouse, plenty of activities to keep the whole family happy and is within walking distance from the villa. The clubhouse has a small shops selling non-essentials such as sun tan cream, flip flops, candy and souvenirs, a fitness centre, gaming arcade and a TV lounge with pool table. Outside you'll find a communal pool with a full service poolside tiki bar serving drinks and snacks, poolside cabanas, ping pong table, jacuzzi, beach volleyball court and miniature golf course. ???????
