The fully-equipped kitchen with incredible top of the line maple custom cabinets and solid surface countertops features all new appliances (stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave oven). Additionally, you`ll find a glass blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, nonstick pots and pans and other cooking utensils plus service for 6 guests. So you`re well prepared to fry up the fresh catch of the day or simply enjoy take-out from your favorite restaurant. The kitchen, with breakfast bar, is conveniently open to the living room and dining area.

After a fun day at the beach or an evening out on the town, you`ll enjoy laying your head down on the primary bedroom`s comfortable king size mattress. The primary bedroom also includes beautiful furnishings and a 32" LCD TV. If you have more than a couple guests with you then you`ll also enjoy the bunk beds, that are conveniently located near the half-bath. The primary bath includes a cultured marble surround for the tub/shower combo with a pocket door for complete privacy, as well as its own vanity. Both baths have new cabinets/vanities.

Another great bonus for vacationers to this condo is the laundry facilities. The stacked washer and dryer occupy very little space, but have enough capacity to handle your beach towels and swimsuits. This is one vacation where you`ll never have to make a laundry run -- you`ve always got instant access to clean, dry clothes right in the condo!

CHECK-IN: 4:00 p.m. CST (unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to in writing). If an early check-in is available a $75.00 fee per unit will be charged. No Check-in will be permitted until your rental account has been paid in full including all taxes and fees. Every effort is made to ensure units are ready by check-in time, but we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. All guests will receive a confirmation of the key code and directions to your vacation unit prior to your arrival.

CHECK-OUT: 10:00 a.m. CST. Late Check-outs may be requested in advance and must be approved prior to your arrival. A $75.00 fee per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit of $200.00 that will be applied towards your final balance. The final balance will be due 14 days in advance of your arrival. If you book your rental less than 14 days in advance of your arrival, full payment will be required immediately.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or you can pay with a personal check. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.

Other acceptable forms of payment include Certified Check and Money Order. All Certified Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to H2O Vacation Rentals and received 30 days prior to your check-in date. Please remember to include your booking transaction I.D. number on your payment.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The Registering Guest must be at least 21 years of age and will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation. Additionally, Registering Guest for the unit must be an occupant of the unit for the entire length of stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and/or changes must be submitted in writing and received no less than 14 days prior to the arrival date to avoid forfeiting the advance deposit of two hundred dollars ($200.00). The Security Deposit fee of $45.00 is fully refundable if your reservation is cancelled. A cancellation number will be issued. We highly recommend purchasing CSA Vacation Rental Insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen cancellations. You may purchase vacation rental insurance at the time you make this reservation or call the office to purchase it at a later date.

REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS will be made due to inclement weather, early departure or no shows.
