Hunter's Haven is a wonderfully located, two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms oceanfront home. If the beach is your thing, you'll love the location! Boasting unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterways, an expansive wrap-around deck, sun tanning deck and a beach shower, it's the perfect place for a coastal vacation.

With the Atlantic Ocean in your backyard and the Intracoastal Waterway out front, it’s hard to imagine the ideal vacation spot that Hunters Haven in beautiful St. Augustine Beach, Florida.

Hunters Haven is a two-bedroom / two-bathroom, air-conditioned home that sleeps six when the trundle sofa is put to use. Drive up to the front of the house, there’s plenty of convenient parking, and even a two-car garage for your cars. From your front door you have an unobstructed view of the Intracoastal Waterway.

When you enter the home, you are greeted by a handsome living room with comfortable furniture and expansive windows overlooking the ocean. There is a lot of plush comfortable furniture and a TV with DVD player in case you’d like to watch a movie during your stay. There’s also free Internet, which is handy when you want to book restaurant reservations or check out area attractions. You’ll also find board games you and your family can enjoy around the coffee table or dining room table.

Beyond the living room is the dining room table that seats six. You’ll enjoy dining at this table or take your dinner out on the huge wrap-around deck surrounding Hunters Haven and enjoy your food as you gaze out over the beautiful ocean.

The Hunters Haven kitchen includes all the appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils you need to prepare meals for your family. You’ll love the kitchen’s many cabinets where you can store food during your stay. Be sure to enjoy some meals at our area restaurants. The seafood you’ll find in St. Augustine Beach is mouthwatering!

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed that will feel mighty good after a day of fishing, golfing or playing on the beach behind Hunters Haven. There’s a TV in this room that’s perfect for late night viewing. The trundle bed to the side can also be called into use for those occasions when you have more than four people staying at Hunters Haven.

The master en suite features handsome nautical décor and is equipped with a walk-in shower and large vanity that’s ideal for storing all your toiletries during your stay.

The second bedroom also includes a king-sized bed and TV plus a rocking chair, creating a welcoming retreat for any guests who join you at Hunters Haven. The second bathroom used by guests in this room also has a walk-in shower and large vanity that makes getting ready for your days activities quick and easy.

As much as you will love the interior of Hunters Haven, the outside of the house is where you’ll probably spend much of your time. Pull up a lounge chair on the sun tanning deck and enjoy the ocean breezes and warm sun. Follow the sturdy wooden staircase down to the shore to beach comb, build sand castles or wade in the surf. Or, just sit on the deck and gaze out at the ever-changing moods of the vast Atlantic Ocean. Life is good at Hunters Haven.

This rental is pet friendly but only for Domestic Dog, Cat, or Bird. Under no circumstances will a pit bull or any other aggressive breed be permitted. To avoid confusion: “Pit Bull is defined as: American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers or any other dog that substantially conforms to any of these breeds’ characteristics. Additional aggressive breeds include but are not limited to: Wolf-hybrids. You are expected to follow local leash laws and have full control over your animal at all times.

Refund Policy

Rent and Fees for the Property are as follows: A reservation deposit of $300 or $1000 (if total amount is more than $4000) is required (the “Reservation Deposit”). This must be paid at the time of booking.
The Reservation Deposit shall be applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations:

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, due to no actions, negligence or fault of Manager or its agents (unavailability” under this Agreement is more particularly described herein as “owner occupied”, occupied by guests of owner, occupants of owners guests)Manager agrees, in these circumstances only, to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any and all claims against Manager and its agents or affiliates. Nonetheless, in the event of such other unavailability of a rental property for other unforeseen or natural circumstances, including but in no way limited to: where such road/bridges prevents a particular access to a rental property or is obstructed from the institution of curfews or roadblocks by a county, HOA, city or municipality, through no fault of Manager or its agents, Manager agrees to use its best efforts to accommodate the Guest by reserving the right to move, relocate, reassign or change the rental property, and Guest agrees that under said circumstances does not warrant in any way justify a refund or reimbursement of rental monies under this Agreement.However, the Manager in its sole discretion may provide a refund or reimbursement of certain rental monies to the Guest if any and all efforts to accommodate Guest have been exhausted.

(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after (48) hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given (48) hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty, and receive a full refund of rental monies.

(c) No refund or reimbursement of rental monies paid under this Agreement is due to Guest or its occupants (or will be made) for inclement weather. “Unforeseeable” circumstances may arise which make it impossible or impractical for Manager to provide the anticipated accommodations to Guest.
Such circumstances may include, but not be limited to, scheduling problems, roadblocks, curfews, equipment failures, as well as a fire or other casualty at the Premises. In such a circumstance, Manager reserves the exclusive right to transfer Guest and/or its occupants to another vacation rental property of reasonably comparable value, determined in the sole discretion of Manager, whose determination shall be final. In other circumstances such as acts of God, acts of war, acts of terrorism, hurricanes, wind storms, tornadoes, fires or snow or other natural occurrences, said circumstances not being exclusive, it may be impossible or impractical for Manager to make available reasonable or other alternative accommodations to Guest.In such a circumstance, Manager may return or provide a reimbursement of the payments received from Guest.
Travel or Vacation Insurance is highly recommended to be obtained by Guest, however, Manager makes no warrants or representations to Guest relating to any amounts refunded by Travel or Vacation Insurance. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any and all mandatory evacuation orders, if any.

(d) Cancellations, abandonment or early departure by the guest at the rental property for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation ) do not warrant any refund of rent to Guest. In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by a county or otherwise, Guest agrees to comply with such order, and Manager after attempting to move, relocate or reassign Guest to a comparable or similar rental property, may agree in this specific circumstance to refund, credit or reimburse Guest of rental monies for only the dates affected by the mandatory evacuation. Guest understands and agrees that a partial refund of rental monies may be justified by Manager for only such dates associated with the mandatory evacuation, and no other reimbursement of rent will be approved.

(e) Unforeseen Circumstances. If the subject Property becomes unavailable [as described in section (9) herein, or uninhabitable for any reason, Manager reserves the right to: (i) move/relocate the Guest to a comparable or similar rental property, or (ii) cancel this Agreement without penalty and pending a full or partial return of Guest(s)’s monies depending on the circumstances, and at sole discretion of Manager.
Further, Manager cannot be held liable for any acts of nature or major mechanical failures that would prohibit or limit the use of subject rental property. Guest understands and further agrees that the health of Guest or their guests or children does not constitute grounds for refund.

Travel Insurance: Guest may have the option to purchase travel insurance from a third party company providing such insurance. Payment for travel insurance is due at the time of booking. Such insurance is optional. Upon filing a Guest claim, all rents and other charges are fully due and payable to Manager. Any refund to be issued will be handled through the Travel Insurance Company only.

The travel protection, if purchased, includes insurance coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Travel Delay, Baggage Delay, Baggage and Personal Effects, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Emergency Assistance, Medical or Dental Expense, and Rental Car Damage. Please read your document carefully as certain limitations, restrictions and exclusions apply. The insurance coverage is underwritten by Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company and the non-insurance assistance services are provided by CSA's designated provider.
