This condo is a great value and has underground heated garage parking available with elevator access. Indoor hot tubs on ground level.

* A $200 cleaning fee is also required (waived for longer stays)

* Property Protection Fee $35 (no security deposit)

* Guests must be 25 years or older to book or stay. 

* Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided as a one-time setup upon check-in.

* Daily maid service, towel/linen exchanges, or toiletry resupply are not provided without additional fees.

If you choose not to purchase travel insurance and cancel 60 or more days prior to your arrival date, you will be refunded in full less a $250 fee. Cancellations made within 60 days forfeit all payments made.
